According to the "2011 Vehicle Scope and Standards Announcement on Vehicles Scrap and Update Subsidy for Old Cars", apply for subsidy funds with the "Age Cars Update Subsidy Fund Application Form" (can be collected at the joint service window for old cars scrapping and update subsidy in your location, or downloaded from the website of the Ministry of Commerce), the original "Scrap Vehicle Recycling Certificate", the original and copy of the "Motor Vehicle Deregistration Certificate", the original and copy of the updated vehicle purchase invoice, the original and copy of the valid identity certificate, the personal bank account passbook with the same name as the car owner or the copy of the unit account opening certificate and other vouchers.
But there are three types of cars that cannot get the car scrap subsidy!
