Tianjin Binhai- Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park is an important measure for the two cities in Beijing and Tianjin to thoroughly implement the major national strategy of coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and has an important mission to carry out the transfer of core functions of Beijing, non-capital capital. The building is finely decorated and centralized heating, and provides unified property, water, electricity, network and other services, providing enterprises with a worry-free office environment. It currently has several major advantages: First, the network belongs to the national backbone node, and the 288-core network optical fiber is connected to the Beijing LAN; Second, in terms of energy, the power supply of North China and Beijing-Tianjin-Tang Dang power grids, and at the same time, it has Huadian distributed energy stations to realize the multi-connection of power, steam, centralized heating, cooling and domestic hot water; Third, the park is located within 70 kilometers of the data user gathering area in the core area of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, which is conducive to the rapid exchange of thermal data; Fourth, relying on Tianjin to develop intelligent industries and park data center resources related preferential policies; Fifth, a good talent training plan has been established with Tsinghua University and Zhongguancun talent training bases.
