Recently, the Taoyuan Police Station of Ninghai County Public Security Bureau received a report from the public that someone illegally hunted wild animals on the mountain of Shangjin Village in the jurisdiction. The police rushed to the crime site to launch a search.
15 o'clock, the police arrested two suspects Zhang Moujun and Zhang Mourong on a small road on the mountainside, and seized two wild birds on the spot. The forest police brigade of the county public security bureau confirmed that the two wild birds captured were the order of the order of Chicken, Pheasianae , commonly known as " Bamboo Chicken ", belonging to the national "three-in-one" protected wild animals.
After interrogation, the suspects Zhang Moujun and Zhang Mourong confessed to the crime of privately manufacturing tools to arrest birds, and confessed to the crime of colluding with two other criminals, Zhang Mouxue and Zhang Mou, who committed crimes many times. The police officers in charge of the case fought continuously and waited all night to arrest the suspects Zhang Mouxue and Zhang Mou.
At present, the suspect Zhang Moujun and four others have been taken criminal coercive measures by the public security organs in accordance with the law for suspected illegal hunting of terrestrial wild animals. The case is still under further investigation.

Our common Chinese toad (commonly known as toad), frog , swine frog , pig badger , wild boar, pheasant , thrush , bamboo chicken, turtle dove, egret , night heron , sparrow, etc. are all "three-have" wild animals. These wild animals cannot be hunted illegally, otherwise it will constitute an illegal crime.
