(1) 7 Become a male, with an average age of 44 years old
From the perspective of gender distribution of county-level employers, 69% are male workers, and the labor market participation rate of county-level women is relatively low. In terms of the age of county labor force, the average age is 43.7 years old, of which only about 20% are under 35 years old, and more than 70% are aged 36-55 years old. Data released by the "China Population and Employment Statistics Yearbook 2019" shows that the national labor force age under 35 accounts for 34%, indicating that the county labor market has a tendency to aging compared with the national labor force, which may also be related to a large number of young people going to big cities to go to school or look for employment opportunities.

(2) Nearly half of them are non-farmers' household registration, and high school and junior high school education are mainly
From the perspective of the household registration distribution of county employees, 47% are non-farmers' household registration. From the perspective of academic qualification distribution, the education of county-level employers is mainly concentrated in high school and junior high school education, accounting for 30.1% and 26.3% respectively. However, nearly 20% of workers have bachelor's degree or above, indicating that the county labor market has also attracted some higher education talents.

(3) More than 80% of married and have children, the average family size is 3.4 people/home
From the perspective of the marriage and childbirth status of county-level employers, 85.1% of workers are married and have children. 67.1% of the workers have a family size of 3-6, with an average family population of 3.4 per household, which is higher than the average town-level household size of 3.09 published in the "China Population and Employment Statistical Yearbook - 2019". It can be seen that county-level employers need to bear a large family economic burden, and it can also be proved that the work motivation of workers mainly comes from their families and income (see Part IV of this report).

(4) More than 30% have experience in mobility, and the mobility is relatively frequent
From the perspective of the mobility status of county-level employers, 30.9% have had experience in living or working in other places across districts and counties, and the average number of workers is about twice. For workers with mobility experience, nearly half have had 1-2 mobility times, 26.7% have 3-5 mobility experiences, and more than 20 have more than five mobility experiences.
