At present, Li Xi, who is in his 80s, has returned to his hometown to attend the teaching and scholarship ceremony for 27 consecutive years, but unfortunately, due to the impact of the epidemic, Yang Quan's family has not been present this year as in previous years.
In this award ceremony, more than 200 teachers and more than 400 students from the school received a reward of 98,000 yuan.

At the conference that day, four students were the targets of the "Yang Quan Poverty Alleviation and Scholarship Fund" in the 2019 academic year and obtained school uniforms, extracurricular books and other learning items. It is understood that this scholarship fund was established by Yang Quan donating RMB 500,000 to Jizhou Xiquan Primary School in 2017.
It is reported that Jizhou Xiquan Primary School was originally named Jizhou Primary School. In 1986, with the support of Li Xi and Yang Quan, two local geniuses in Hong Kong, they have been rebuilt, and have been continuously invested in updating school teaching equipment and improving school infrastructure.
