In order to continue to manage the management of personnel entering (return to) Di in Tibet in an orderly manner, the management measures are now adjusted as follows:

1. All personnel entering (return to) Di in Tibet should hold a 24-hour negative nucleic acid certificate, and strictly implement the "landing inspection" and health code, communication itinerary card, and nucleic acid test certificate inspection.

2. From the date of arrival at D.C., 7-day closed-loop health monitoring will be implemented in the designated closed-loop health monitoring hotel, and the expenses will be borne by yourself. During the monitoring period, nucleic acid tests will be conducted 5 times on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 7th days respectively. The prevention and control policy for people entering (returning) to Di in Tibet who are currently in centralized isolation has been adjusted from "3+4" (3-day centralized isolation and 4-day home observation) to 7-day "closed-loop health monitoring".

3. After the health monitoring period expires, leave the di with a negative nucleic acid test certificate of 24-hour nucleic acid test, do not enter the scenic spots on the way, consciously abide by epidemic prevention regulations, and return directly to the destination.

4. At present, our province reasonably arranges the entry (return) to Dynasties from the Yunnan-Tibet Channel in accordance with the linkage and coordination mechanism between Mangkang, Tibet and Deqin, Yunnan to enter in an orderly manner. Given the limited ability and conditions for our state to safely accept passengers, please plan to actively cooperate with epidemic prevention and control work and make travel plans for the near future.
