After the incident, the Yulong Snow Mountain Management Committee and relevant municipal and county departments rushed to the scene for treatment as soon as possible. Ruan Moumou died after failed rescue. The Management Committee of the Provincial Tourism Development Zone of Lijiang Yulong Snow Mountain was deeply regretful. A tourist said that the incident occurred at around 15:00 on the 24th, near Blue Moon Valley , and it was raining intermittently. There is only one thunder.
When encountering thunderstorms, everyone must be more careful. Please do not stay near tall trees, billboards, or street lights/loose away from rain. Try to stay away from telephone poles, transformers, distribution box and other equipment on thunderstorms. Try to choose a section of road without water accumulation. If you have to wader through the water, you must observe whether there are nearby bus stops, light boxes, street light boxes, distribution boxes and other electrical equipment to ensure that no wires fall into the water accumulation and avoid electric shock accidents caused by conducting electricity in the water.
