On June 11, the reporter learned from the Yantai Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology that in order to promote the accelerated recovery of the Yantai commercial automobile consumption market and implement the national and provincial automobile consumption policies in detail, according to the "Notice on Several Measures to Promote Commercial Vehicle Consumption" of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and other five departments, Yantai Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and other seven departments jointly formulated implementation rules and launched Yantai commercial automobile consumption promotion activities.
It is reported that individual consumers who purchase commercial vehicles (excluding used cars) and register for commercial vehicle sales companies in Yantai City can obtain commercial vehicle consumption coupons according to the activity rules. The purchase time must be from June 9, 2022 to June 30, 2022 (the date of the unified invoice issuance of motor vehicle sales).
There are three standards for issuing consumption coupons that consumers need to read carefully. First, for individual consumers who purchase new energy commercial vehicles (except used cars) and register in Yantai City, if they purchase more than 200,000 yuan (including) and above, each car will be issued with a consumption coupon of 6,000 yuan; if they purchase 100,000 yuan (including) to 200,000 yuan (excluding) will be issued with a consumption coupon of 4,000 yuan; if they purchase less than 100,000 yuan, each car will be issued with a consumption coupon of 3,000 yuan. Second, for individual consumers who purchase fuel commercial vehicles (except used cars) and register in Yantai City, if they purchase more than 200,000 yuan (including) and above, each car will be given a consumption coupon of 5,000 yuan; if they purchase 100,000 yuan (including) to 200,000 yuan (excluding) will be given a consumption coupon of 3,000 yuan; if they purchase less than 100,000 yuan, each car will be given a consumption coupon of 2,000 yuan. Third, if you purchase new commercial vehicles (except used cars) with scrapped commercial vehicles, the amount of consumption coupons issued by each car will be increased by 1,000 yuan for individual consumers who purchase cars from Article 1 to Article 2.

After individual consumers purchase commercial vehicles at Yantai commercial vehicle sales companies, the automobile sales companies assist car purchasers in preparing relevant materials, and submit all scanned electronic versions and copies of all materials to the district (city) industrial and information technology department where the automobile sales company is located before August 31, 2022.
needs to submit a list of materials:
1. Car purchase user ID card;
2. Motor vehicle driving license;
3. Uniform motor vehicle sales invoice issued by Yantai automobile sales companies (the issuance date must be from June 9, 2022 to June 30, 2022);
4. Vehicle purchase tax payment certificate;
5. Vehicle registration certificate (the registration date must be from June 9, 2022 to August 31, 2022);
6. Individual consumers who purchase new cars with scrapped old cars also need to provide scrapped motor vehicle recycling certificate and motor vehicle cancellation certificate (the delivery and cancellation date must be from June 9, 2022 to June 30, 2022). After the individual consumer submits the materials, the district (city) industrial and information technology department, in conjunction with the district (city) public security and tax departments, will conduct a preliminary review of the materials. After the preliminary review is correct, the submission will be given to the municipal industrial and information technology department for review. After the review of the materials, the list will be provided to UnionPay.

Municipal industrial and information technology authorities provide UnionPay with a list of consumers after the review. The list information includes the mobile phone number of the consumer cloud flash payment registration, and UnionPay will issue consumption coupons to consumers, and will be terminated after the issuance.
Door payment and usage period
Commercial vehicle coupons each have a denomination of 100 yuan. There is no limit on consumption places and scenarios. You can cancel it if you spend more than 100 yuan and can be used in combination. The consumption coupon must be used within the validity period and will be invalid if it expires.
How to use
This event cooperated with China UnionPay Shandong Branch to use the UnionPay platform to place consumption coupons. Individual consumers participate in activities through UnionPay's "Cloud Flash Payment App".
