I don’t know how long it has been since Longshan Temple . It seems that it was the previous year. However, this time I came to the surrounding area of Longshan Temple, but it changed. There was less prosperous scenes in the ancient street, fewer houses, and more ruins appeared at the front door of the temple. It seems that it is being renovated, and I don’t know if Longshan Temple will be hurt.
This time I came to Longshan Temple, and there was a little more silence. Whether it was rainy or demolition, there was no shop or noise around me. Listening to the rain, feeling the exquisite structure in the temple, and looking at the devout pilgrims coming in groups of three or three, although it was a bit deserted, it also showed the ancient beauty of the temple.
However, Longshan Temple" is located at the foot of Beilong Mountain in Anhai Town, Jinjiang City, so it is named Longshan Temple. It is a famous thousand-year-old temple in Quannan. It is one of the 142 national key Buddhist temples determined by the State Council in 1983 and is also the seventh batch of national key cultural relics protection units. It was built during the Emperor Tai period of the Sui Dynasty (618-619), and was originally named Puxian Temple, also known as Tianzhu Temple, commonly known as Guanyin Hall. Anhai Longshan Temple is the ancestral temple of more than 400 Longshan Temples in Taiwan.

There is a statue of a Thousand-Handed Thousand-Eyed Bodhisattva in the hall, carved with a giant wood, and is 4.2 meters high. The Buddha statue wears a flower crown and carved many Buddha heads on the crown. The Buddha's face is plump and kind, and the hands and chests are folded together. 1,008 hands are sculptured on both sides of the Buddha's body, like two wings, staggered and stances with different postures. Each hand has a bracelet, and each palm carved an eye in each palm, or holds a book and a magic tool, with exquisite carvings. The Buddha statue is covered with pure gold foil, golden, elegant and luxurious, and is a rare treasure. There are plaques in the temple for Zhang Ruitu, a calligrapher of the Ming Dynasty, and the ink of famous people such as "The Complete Hand and Eyes" in the Qing Dynasty, as well as the ink of famous people such as Zhuang Junyuan of the Qing Dynasty, and the modern Master Hongyi .
Longshan Temple still has many famous calligraphy works and original works: the front hall gate couplet "Why did you hate shackles and love for the new and dust have been endless, and it turns out that five hundred hands and eyes drown to save the danger and help the danger is boundless" is the original works of Junyuan, Qingzhuang. The huge plaque "Shaolong Buddha Seed" under the northern eaves of the hall is the original works of Master Hongyi; there is a plaque "Longshan Temple" written by Zhao Puchu on the Temple of Heaven; and the original works of Song Zhu Xi " Public Palace ", Prime Minister Li The plaque of "Taiguo" written by Wen Zhen, written by Ke Conghuang, etc.
Anhai Longshan Temple is known to have three treasures. So what are the three trinities? The first is that the Thousand-handed Thousand-Eyed Guanyin worshipped in the temple is said to be carved from the entire giant camphor tree in front of the temple, wearing a flower crown, and a sitting Buddha in the middle of the crown. There are many small Buddha heads carved around it, and the main hands are folded together, with one thousand eight hands on the side, and one eye in the palm, and a row of like a round fan, with different postures. Now Thousand-Handed Thousand-Eyed Guanyin is a rare national treasure, unparalleled in the world. The second treasure is a pair of green grass stone pillars standing in front of the Longshan Temple, carving a giant dragon around the pillar. The temple has been around for more than a thousand years and has spread far and wide.
Since the Tang and Song dynasties, the incense of Longshan Temple has spread overseas with the footprints of Anping merchants. Especially prominent in Southeast Asia, Taiwan and other places, there are more than 200 temples of the same name in Taiwan alone, the most famous of which are Lugang Longshan Temple and Taipei Menglongshan Temple.
A temple brings together the love between Fujian and Taiwan. In Taiwan, there are more than 400 Longshan Temples. They were divided into fragrance by Anhai Longshan Temple. "Longshan Temple has promoted folk exchanges between Fujian and Taiwan, and has important value for studying Fujian and Taiwan culture."
This temple has always been quiet and incense.
