Zhang Xiumin, who lives in Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, is a female worker at Fujian Chenrun Biotechnology Co., Ltd. She had already returned to Fuzhou for the New Year, but was temporarily transferred back to work on January 26. "Working for 8 hours a day, packing 3,000 masks."
After the epidemic of new pneumonia, she went from Fuzhou to Ningde and returned to work in the company, which made Zhang Xiumin's family quite worried. Zhang Xiumin told China News Service reporter that her family was worried that she would be infected when she went out, and she was also afraid that she would have to work too hard. "I told them, you have to believe that I can take good care of myself." What worries Zhang Xiumin the most is that she is still in kindergarten. Before leaving, the child cried and told her not to leave. Zhang Xiumin told the child that mom does something great. You see, many people are sick now, and everyone needs masks, but the number of masks is not enough. Mom wants to go back and help with the delivery and make more masks together so that more people can wear masks, which is safer.
"Every day after get off work, I will talk to my family with voice and video to reassure my family." Zhang Xiumin said that in the future, as long as I need it, I will continue to work like this and stick to my post.
Fujian Chenrun Biotechnology Co., Ltd., which settled in , Dongqiao Economic and Technological Development Zone, Ningde City, Fujian Province in 2015, is the first medical device biotechnology enterprise in Ningde City introduced by Dongqiao Economic and Technological Development Zone, and is also the only company in the central urban area of Ningde City to produce masks. In response to the increase in demand for masks to fight the epidemic, the company added a new mask production line on January 23, working overtime to produce, and making every effort to ensure supply.
Liu Mingfeng, a technician at Fujian Chenrun Biotechnology Co., Ltd., told reporters that the company mainly produces C-type folding flat masks and A-type flat masks. In the absence of faults, the first production line produces 15,000 to 18,000 masks per day, and the newly added production line produces at least 50,000.
In the company's workshop, the newly added fully automatic production line operates at high speed, and white masks "spout" from the machine. Due to technical needs, Liu Mingfeng stood by the production line for more than ten hours a day and stared at it to ensure the normal operation of the production line to prevent failure.
"I'm used to the station." Liu Mingfeng said that thankfully, these masks produced can help some people in need, solve some supply problems, and do a little bit of effort to prevent and control the epidemic.
In order to fully ensure supply, Fujian Chenrun Biotechnology Co., Ltd. has deployed employees to return to the company to start production from January 25th. Up to now, more than 20 employees have returned to the company, working overtime to produce masks from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Liu Mingfeng told reporters that the company has produced about 100,000 masks since the resumption of work; in order to expand the production scale, 4 new mask machines, , have been purchased, and are expected to arrive in Ningde on February 10, and will be put into production after installation and debugging. It is expected that 70,000 new mask production will be added every day.
According to official statistics in Fujian, as of January 27, all 10 mask manufacturers in Fujian Province with production capacity have resumed work, with a total daily output of masks of 915,000.
Zheng Jiabin, deputy director of the Economic Development Bureau of Dongqiao Economic and Technological Development Zone, said that the bureau strengthened its contact with Fujian Chenrun Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and sent a special person to accompany the company's staff to mask raw material production enterprises in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Tianjin, Shanghai, Hangzhou and other places to coordinate and connect with raw material supply matters to ensure that the assets of epidemic prevention materials can be maximized.
