It is by no means a crown that is high above,
just wants to get close to the free sky.
Among all the newly built skyscrapers, it is the only one that looks more and more beautiful as the height rises. This building, with a height of 435 meters, has a thin length of about 1:23. Its slender appearance has become one of the most special curves in the New York City Skyline. The
building combines a remodeled building with a brand new skyscraper. While reshaping the classic New York building model, it also updated the city skyline next to New York Central Park . The remodeled building is the landmark Steinway building (Piano Steinway Headquarters) designed by Warren & Wetmore in 1925.

The shape of the building indents as it rises, presenting a beautiful feather-like contour. Its narrow silhouette and step-stair top are reminiscent of the romantic art deco towers of the 1920s and 1930s. The facade of terracotta tiles inlaid with gold and silver wires recreates the traditional texture and details of the New York Building, while making full use of the latest technologies to break through the limits of engineering and manufacturing.

ROSE HILL
Developer: Rockefeller Group
Opening time: 2020
Architectural design: Cetra Ruddy
Rose Hill's courage is deeply reflected in its design: a classic and attitude-oriented New York building. 's design combines elegant and charming Gotham aesthetics to restore the classic New York in a modern language. It tries to realize people's dreams and deeply interpret the city's real life and prosperous and long history.
A century ago, people believed that no building could fully combine the pursuit of New Yorkers' quality of life, aesthetics, concepts and peaceful space. Today, the newest Rose Hill residential building in New York was developed by Rockefeller Group, trying to refine and converge these features under the same roof.
The residential living space carefully created after in-depth research on flexibility has fully taken into account the growing collection of books and family members. At the same time, residents can enjoy a comprehensive city view; lush parks and sunrises and sunsets.
Warmth, texture, attention to details and craftsmanship are common characteristics of old buildings, but they are often missing in contemporary architecture. Rose Hill's design ranges from height and exquisite details to magnificent architectural posture, all in order to reawaken the five senses of the residents.
New York's beauty can only be truly appreciated when it is closest to the sky. The design conveys the confidence of developer Rockefeller: it's always touching the sky.

Sample room design: Hadas dembo
Architectural Design: DDG
Inspired by the design of the famous Spanish architect Gaudi -Mila House, this 524-foot-tall building developed by DDG stands out on the Upper East Side of New York.
architecture from the outside to the inside uses tall round arch structures as elements to form a spatial body that seems to be naturally carved.

reception hall also continues the form of the building structure, and the continuous arch-shaped space is like an ancient cave underground in Europe. In addition, the developer hired paint artist Jan Hooss to design a sophisticated stucco installation above the fireplace as a fine affix.
This three-room model room also has curved elements, with an oval entrance gallery, custom wood products and custom cabinets designed by Molteni&C to balance the proportions.
In terms of art, Dembo chose works by Ed Moses, Dan Flavin and Walter Darby Bannard, while the furniture comes from R & Company, including works by Joaquim Tenreiro, Carlo Hauner, Greta Magnusson Grossman and Bruno Munari. Sir. David Adjaye's latest project is the 130 william luxury apartment in Manhattan, a 66-story, 800-foot-tall concrete skyscraper that refreshes the new skyline of New York.
Unlike a group of glass buildings that boast modern and fashionable, the appearance of 130 william seems to be more traditional, with masonry and stone materials and arch shapes, coexisting harmoniously with the old buildings DDG and CetraRuddy, becoming a part of the entire urban decorative art.
"After learning about the rich history, I was inspired to create a commercial style away from the typical glass-based commercial style, carry forward the traditional brick and stone building in Manhattan, New York, and make it a unique presence on the Manhattan skyline." Adjaye explained.
10 floors on the top of the building are duplex apartments with corridors. The interior rooms are known for their spaciousness, like Loft floor ceilings, heights ranging from 11 feet to 15 feet and 6 inches, extending invisibly into the outdoor space, with the views flowing between buildings, from downtown Manhattan to the distance.
