This case self-built project is located in Liuyang, Hunan, and is a classic framework structure. The homestead area is 171.8㎡. After graphic design, the design of this case was finally finalized as a double-story new Chinese-style luxury villa with an area of 343㎡, with a total cost of 750,000 yuan. Compared with the villa with a level of tens of millions, this is simply a bargain price.

[Household land situation]
This homestead is more suitable for self-built. On the southeast sides are the village roads, on the west side are neighbors' residences, and on the north side is a home in the home.
Before building it, the owners had certain requirements for the number of bedrooms. Because they lived in the same living place for three generations, the layout should be considered for elderly care vacations. Finally, according to the owner's requirements and base conditions, the project in this case was determined to be a new Chinese-style villa with a north-south direction.

The tall empty living room on the south side is adjacent to the elderly room on the southeast side, making it convenient for parents to get in and out. The north side is an entertainment room or study room, and the Gemini women's rooms are equipped with balcony design, and a bedroom is also provided for guests to live in. [Styling Design]
Villa architecture, overall, is a new Chinese style. On top of traditional Chinese style , a large window design has been added, which increases indoor lighting while also creating a transparent villa style.
