It hopes to carry forward the traditional craftsmen’s skills of Lugang, flourish and take root at the same time.
Changhua County Cultural Bureau strives for superior funds to handle the "Thousands of sails entering the port - recreating the historical scene". In order to restore the old houses of Lugang with cultural and historical value, recreate the historical style, further create old industrial shops, and inherit the skills of famous craftsmen, they will promote the common Chinese or Japanese wooden works, mud works, and tiles (earth and water) technologies in the construction and repair projects of temples and blocks in the early years of Taiwan.

Zhang Qufen, director of the Cultural Bureau of Changhua County, said that the art education base will promote traditional craft management technology through guide personnel training, craftsman workshops, and training courses in the future, and combine it with middle school life science and technology courses to take root in art knowledge.
Principal Huang Junwei said that the school arranges a life science course for each grade seven to ninth, and invites Wang Zhaonan, a master of craftsmanship, to give lectures to students, so that students can appreciate the beauty of traditional craftsmanship in practice. In addition, from the weekend from September 18 to December 26, the Cultural Bureau also arranged courses for tin crafts, traditional wood carving and woodworking, and invited Chen Zhiyang, Shi Yiwen, Wang Zhaonan and others to teach in person, and online registration is adopted and the entire process is free.
