In order to further improve the recent epidemic prevention and control work of the bathing service industry in our city, this guideline is formulated in accordance with the decision-making and deployment of the municipal prevention and control work of the epidemic prevention and control work of the Municipal Prevention Command, and the Ministry of Commerce’s "Technical Guidelines for Normal Prevention and Control of the New Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic"
1. Scope of application
This guide is applicable to the recent bath service industry in our city (including bathing, foot massage, spa and other service industries, the same below) gradually resumes the normal operation period of the bath service unit epidemic prevention and control.
2. Business service management
(I) The person in charge of the bathing service unit is the first person in charge of epidemic prevention and control. It is necessary to scientifically formulate epidemic prevention and control work plans and emergency response plans to ensure the reserve of appropriate amounts of epidemic prevention materials such as masks, gloves, disinfectants, thermometers, hand sanitizers, etc.
(II) Strengthen training and emergency drills, and promptly convey local epidemic prevention and control requirements to employees, ensure that all employees are familiar with the epidemic prevention and control work plan and emergency response plan, and carry out epidemic prevention and control work training.
(III) Strictly implement local responsibilities in each region and strengthen supervision and management of epidemic prevention and control work after the bathing service industry resumes operations.
(IV) Employees can only enter the business premises if their body temperature is normal. They must remain clean and hygienic during their on-the-job period, wash hands strictly and wear masks throughout the process. To establish employee health records, the archive records should include but are not limited to information such as the name, physical condition, residence address, etc. of the daily attendees.
(V) Employees should be vaccinated in a timely manner, strengthen protection, and ensure that "all those who should be vaccinated" must provide a full vaccination certificate and a negative nucleic acid test certificate for 3 consecutive days before returning to work. After returning to work, nucleic acid test is performed once every 48 hours, and health monitoring is performed. We must strengthen the management of collective dormitories and take good protection and cleaning and disinfection.
(VI) The catering and accommodation services within the bathing service unit shall be strictly implemented in accordance with the city's epidemic prevention and control requirements for the catering and accommodation industries.
3. Environmental sanitation requirements
(7) Strengthen indoor ventilation and promote air circulation. If centralized air conditioners are used, the amount of fresh air should be increased, and the air treatment unit , air supply vent and condensate tray should be regularly replaced. Key components should be replaced if necessary.
(8) Clean and disinfect public supplies and facilities that you often come into contact with (such as elevator buttons, escalator handrails, etc.) at least three times a day, and disinfection records are made.
(9) Bathing supplies including guest bath clothes, towels, bath massage utensils, etc. should be "disinfected by one guest". Disposable consumables can be used, and guests are encouraged to bring their own bathing supplies.
(10) Strengthen garbage classification management, collect and transport it in a timely manner. Discarded masks should be equipped with special trash cans. Clean and disinfect garbage storage facilities every day.
4. Customer Management
(11) Customers and other people entering the store must follow the local prevention and control requirements, and actively cooperate with the bathing service unit to strictly implement the "four-piece set" measures for epidemic prevention and control such as scanning codes, temperature measurement, wearing masks, and 48-hour negative nucleic acid report.
(12) For groups such as the elderly who do not use or cannot operate smartphones, their health code can take alternative measures such as registration with a valid ID card, agency of relatives and friends, and provide manual service guidance.
(13) During the business period, the number of people entering the store should not exceed 50% of the number of lockers to avoid crowds. The subsequent adjustment will be made in a timely manner according to the city's epidemic prevention and control situation.
5. Emergency response
(14) When a bathing service unit has suspected or confirmed cases of new coronavirus pneumonia, it should cooperate with relevant departments to track close contacts and epidemiological investigations of , and immediately take measures such as suspension of business, closed management, and nucleic acid testing for all employees. Under the guidance of the local Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the place should be disinfected, and the air conditioning ventilation system should be cleaned and disinfected.
(15) Once employees of the bathing service unit experience typical symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever, fatigue, dry cough, etc., they should immediately implement the reporting system and properly arrange medical treatment.If an employee finds that a co-resident or close contact person has typical symptoms of suspected COVID-19, he/she should report to the unit in a timely manner and take personal protection and isolation, and go to a designated medical institution for treatment if necessary.

2. Business service management

(III) Arrange a special person to monitor the temperature of employees every day. Employees can only enter the business premises if their temperature is normal. 4. Customer management

(15) During the service process, the service staff reduce unnecessary conversations with customers and gain customer understanding, and do not provide snacks and tea drinks unless necessary.
(16) All customers should consciously measure their body temperature before entering the business premises. If the body temperature exceeds 37.3℃, the staff should ask the customer to leave the store immediately and seek medical examination. Business service units must carefully register customer personal information and strictly keep it confidential to ensure that personal information is traceable.
(17) Strengthen scientific publicity and guidance for customers, pay close attention to relevant policies and measures and epidemic trends, and do not spread rumors, believe in rumors, or spread rumors.

3. Place management
