Repeatedly received salary allowances and subsidies of 124,840 yuan at Mizhi County Galaxy Water Co., Ltd. Li Baodong also had problems such as accepting gifts and money from management service recipients in violation of regulations. In January 2022, Li Baodong was given a serious warning within the party and his proceeds from his violations were confiscated.

4. Guo Chengjun, member of the Party Committee of Wubao County Emergency Management Bureau and captain of the Supervision Brigade, used public vehicles in violation of regulations. On December 4, 2020, Guo Chengjun attended a meeting at a hotel in the city of Yulin. After the meeting, he drove the bus privately to another hotel to attend a private banquet. He drove the bus back to his home in Yulin in the early morning of December 5. In January 2022, Guo Chengjun was given a party warning.
