In the cabin, the flight attendant will remind you whether you need a Japanese entry card. Foreigners need to fill in this card when entering Japan.
The first line :
Name: Write the last name in the first box and the first name in the back box. Fill in the pinyin form. For example, Zhao Yue would write ZHAO in front and YUE in the back.
The second line :
1. Date of birth, first write the date, then the month, then the year;
2. Country name and city name: such as Beijing, China or Suzhou, China.
The third line :
1. Flight purpose: tick the other boxes in front and write "study abroad" in brackets;
2. Airline name: just write down the flight number you took that day;
3. Reservation for stay in Japan Period: The period stated on the Certificate of Eligibility for Residence is generally 1 year and 3 months.
The fourth line : Japanese contact first: fill in the name of the school, the school address and the school phone number.
Question column (If you have not had the following three experiences, please check the NO box, otherwise it means you have)
1. Have you ever been forcibly deported or refused to land in Japan?
2. Have you ever had a criminal experience (not limited to Japan)?

1. The entry date in the lower right corner: year month day Fill in the date of arrival in Japan ;
2. Name: Fill in the pinyin as shown on the passport;
3. Signature of the pledger: I sign in Chinese characters. If you are under 18 years old, one of your parents must sign.
