In July this year, the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-Campus Training for Students in Compulsory Education." In order to observe the opening of art training institutions during the holidays and the pressure on the admission rate of graduating class teachers under the "double reduction" environment, and to further understand the similarities and differences in the purposes and expectations of students and parents in choosing art training institutions. In this new school year, "double reduction" has become the topic of greatest concern to teachers, students, and parents. The implementation of "reduction" cannot be achieved without "increase", and compulsory education must lay the foundation for students' lifelong development. Recently, the 2022 "Little Red Flower" summer social practice team of the Taizhou College Conservatory of Music of Nanjing Normal University conducted questionnaires on art training institutions and parents in various provinces.

Education is the foundation of people’s livelihood, and compulsory education is the top priority of national education. "Double reduction" is a systematic project that requires continuous efforts and long-term success. It also requires a nationwide game of chess and the joint efforts of multiple departments to promote it. I believe that with the efforts of all parties, the "double reduction" work will continue to make new progress and move steadily in the direction that satisfies the people.
