1. In order to facilitate listed companies to independently carry out relevant legal work, the state-controlled listed companies affiliated to each unit can apply separately to the Municipal Justice Bureau in the name of the listed company, conduct a qualification review on the applicants, and file the application results with the group's legal affairs department.
3. All units must strictly follow the implementation plan of the corporate lawyer system and the requirements of the notice of the Municipal Bureau of Justice, carry out various work of corporate lawyers, and carry out the work of corporate lawyers in the lawyer management system (http://xkyw.bjsf.gov.cn/) in accordance with the application requirements. Declaration and submission of written materials.
4. When submitting application materials, each unit does not need to file with the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. The list of company lawyers approved by the Municipal Justice Bureau will be uniformly filed with the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.
