At this time, if the party answering the call also uses this kind of customized mobile phone and a quantum-safe SIM, then the received key will be decrypted. Since there is a key in the middle that others cannot decrypt, the call content is not afraid of being intercepted. , not afraid of being monitored.
What if the recipient does not use this custom phone and does not have a quantum-safe SIM? Then when you make a call, the phone will recognize it and then it will not be encrypted. It is just an ordinary call and there will be no subsequent encryption and decryption process.
Obviously, to implement this function, both parties need to customize their mobile phones and both parties must use quantum-safe SIMs. Customized mobile phones and quantum-safe SIM cards are the basis for encryption and decryption, and both parties in the call are indispensable.
