Jiangsu Lianyungang police recently uncovered
a case of selling "stamp" drugs with the help of overseas chat software and
virtual currency .

According to information provided by the Lianyungang People’s Procuratorate, in February this year, the Lianyungang District Post Office Administration received a letter that was returned because the recipient’s address was unknown.The post office staff put the letter in the sun and found something like small stamps inside the envelope. They suspected it was a new type of drug "stamp" and immediately reported the case to the public security organ.
