Dear electricity customers:
Due to the need for power grid maintenance, the following lines will be cut off from July 1st to July 31st, 2022. The time and scope announcement is as follows:
1. 110kV Micheng substation 10kV Cai Zongqi branch line T Cai Zongqi #3 substation branch line #4 pole A001 isolation switch back section line.
1. Power outage time: 09:00 on July 13, 2022 - 21:00 on July 14th 2022.
2. Power outage scope: Mr. Cai’s #3 change.
2. Connect the 35kV Chengxi Station 10kV Chengnan Line T Zhongwacang Branch Line #2 pole A01 back section of the circuit breaker.
1. Power outage time: July 18, 2022 7:00-21:00
2. Power outage range: pumping water in the upper tile warehouse group 1 and 2 groups special change , lower tile warehouse, upper tile warehouse, upper tile warehouse Tianxin pumping Special transformer, sewage treatment plant special transformer, medium tile warehouse.
3. Convert 35kV Chengxi to 10kV Gaoping Line #53 pole T Longhua Street transformer.
1. Power outage time: 9:00-23:00 on July 19, 2022.
2. Power outage scope: Longhua Street.
4. The rear section of the 110kV Micheng Substation 10kV long slope line #2 Tower A001 isolating switch is powered by the 10kV Red Star line.
1. Power outage time: 9:00-13:00 on July 25, 2022.
2. Power outage scope: Changpo Line Village Committee and Shuanghai Village Committee.
5. 110kV Micheng substation 10kV Baitutian branch line #5 T-bay branch line A001 isolating switch rear section line.
1. Power outage time: 09:00-21:00 on July 26, 2022.
2. Power outage scope: Bay Village.
6. 110kV Micheng Transformer 10kV Zhouli Shiying branch line T Longmenyi branch line #24 pole A001 isolation switch rear section line.
1. Power outage time: 09:00-21:00 on July 27, 2022.
2. Power outage scope: Longmenyi, Zhang Xiangjun, Yang Zhigang, Xiaozhuangzi.
7. Adjust the rear section of the 110kV Micheng Transformer 10kV long slope line #2 Tower G001 isolating switch back to the 10kV long slope line for power supply.
1. Power outage time: 9:00-10:00 on July 28, 2022.
2. Power outage scope: Changpo Line Village Committee and Shuanghai Village Committee.
8. 110kV Micheng Transformer 10kV Heiniqing branch line #4 pole T Zhangqianying branch line A0R1 drop fuse rear section line.
1. Power outage time: 09:00-21:00 on July 29, 2022.
2. Power outage scope: Zhangqianying Village.
9. 35kV Hongyan Substation 10kV East China Sea Line #7 pole T branch branch line A001 isolation switch
1. Power outage time: 9:00 to 21:00 on July 19, 2022.
2. Scope of influence: Zhilu Village, Hongyan Town.
10. 35kV Hongyan Station 10kV Donghai Line T four-convoy branch line #1 pole A01 circuit breaker, 35kV Hongyan Station 10k four-convoy branch line T Xiaguan direction branch line #2 tension jumper

1, power outage time: 9:00 to 21:00 on July 21, 2022.
2. Scope of influence: Ma Ganwo Village, Guojiadi Village, Yumen Village, Hongyan Town, Laoaoshan Sand Mining Factory, Midu Xuanxiang Yashan Villa, Midu Huasenquan Food Co., Ltd., Chashan Daoban, Zhu Sihua users , ecological park mobile base station, promotion center.
The scope of the short-term power outage is: Majinchang Village and Tuanshan Village, Zhuyuan, Hongyan Town.
12. 35kV Hongyan Transformation 10kV Hongfeng Line T Xiaozhuangzi Branch Line #9 pole A001 isolation switch
1, power outage time: 9:00 to 21:00 on July 25, 2022.
2. Scope of impact: Xiaozhuangzi Village and Xiaozhuangzi Group 2 of Hongyan Town are pumping water.

Notes
1. Users who have their own power supply or generator must disconnect from the public lines, and it is strictly prohibited to supply power to the lines.
2. The shutdown and power supply time shall be subject to the actual maintenance work time.
3. Users are not allowed to carry out relevant work or activities on power outage lines without permission, otherwise they will be responsible for the consequences.

Notice on the installation of Midu County diesel truck remote emission monitoring on-board terminal (OBD)
In order to implement the implementation of Ministry of Ecology and Environment etc. 11 ministries and commissions jointly issued the " Diesel Truck Pollution Control Action Plan " (Huanqi Qi [2018] No. 179) and the "Notice of the General Office of the Yunnan Provincial People's Government on Issuing the Implementation Plan for the Yunnan Province Diesel Truck Pollution Control" (Yunnan Government Office issued [2019] No. 37) "Notice of the Yunnan Provincial Environmental Pollution Prevention and Control Leading Group Office on Issuing the Yunnan Provincial Diesel Truck Remote Emission Monitoring Vehicle Terminal Installation and Management Work Plan" (Yunnan Pollution Prevention Zi [2022] No. 19) " Dali Prefecture Ecological Environment Bureau Dali Prefecture Public Security Bureau Dali Prefecture Transportation Bureau issued a letter on the "Dali Prefecture Diesel Truck Remote Emission Monitoring Vehicle Terminal Installation and Management Work Plan" (Dahuan Letter [2022] No. 54) requirements to strengthen motor vehicle pollution Governance, improve the monitoring level of diesel truck pollution emissions, and accelerate the installation of remote emission monitoring on-board terminals (OBD) for diesel trucks in Midu County. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:
1. Installation scope
All enterprises, institutions and self-employed individuals registered in the administrative area of Midu County use diesel trucks with a total mass of 3.5 tons or more that meet the National IV and National V emission standards.
2. Installation time
is from the date of this announcement to August 31, 2022.
3. Installation method
Car owners can take the initiative to make an appointment with the designated installation site through phone calls, WeChat mini programs, etc. or go to the designated site for installation after receiving the installation notification. The Dali Prefecture installation site is Dali Dongsheng Automobile Service Co., Ltd., address: Guanbin Road, Feilai Temple, Dali Economic Development Zone; Heisan Heavy Duty Truck, address: Xiaoyi Village Entrance, Yinjie Town, Midu County.
4. Relevant instructions
(1) The number of equipment installed this time is 150 sets. Equipment purchase and installation are free of charge, and equipment use services are provided free of charge. If the equipment is overdue or the number of installations exceeds the planned number, the vehicle owner will bear the equipment and installation costs.For diesel trucks that are not equipped with vehicle remote emission monitoring on-board terminal (OBD) equipment, as well as those that are installed but cannot be connected to the provincial or state-level diesel truck remote emission monitoring on-board terminal system or cannot operate normally, they will wait until the country officially introduces remote emission monitoring equipment. After monitoring system standards, the vehicle emission inspection agency will not pass the inspection in accordance with relevant regulations.
(2) The installation quantity is limited this time, so car owners are requested to actively participate and cooperate with the installation.
