Guanyin Bridge has been waiting for this project for a long time.
The height of value that a city can achieve is definitely not determined by the total amount, but depends on the height of its extreme core area.
Just like the height of New York depends on Manhattan, Wall Street, and Fifth Avenue;
The height of Hong Kong depends on Central-Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui-West Kowloon;
The height of Shanghai depends on the Bund, Lujiazui...
