Above the sky, between the clouds, between cities and towns, where we build our homes This project is located in Tainan , Taiwan. Tainan is a modern city with beautiful natural scenery and simple folk customs. Tainan is a city that alternates between water and land. The flow of tides has long been integrated with the bustling urban life. It creates a natural and harmonious life atmosphere. This project is led by Wujiexiang International Design, a well-known design company in Taiwan.

This project is a living space for a three generations living under one roof a family of eight. At the beginning of the design, Wujiexiang adhered to the living conditions of Tainan people, absorbed the natural phenomena of breeze, sunlight, and clouds, combined with materials, and tried to construct a living space with flowing "ease" and create a design blueprint with a sense of life.

The lines and rhythms of natural phenomena are random, while the living space is spiritual. With design techniques and experience in the use of materials, random lines are melted, densely integrated, and manifested through objects - allowing the space to reflect its aura and directly reach the heart of the design.

The entire space is created by connecting two apartment types, and the overall layout is a horizontal rectangle. The entrance, living room, dining room, snack area, study and audio-visual room are concentrated in the center of the overall space. Public spaces and private spaces are separated by circulation lines.

The casual and rhythmic flow of light spreads out in all directions. The floating lines allow smooth lines to float on the space from every angle, changing with each step, and creating a scene everywhere; the restaurant wall is overlaid with reality, lined with strips of light, and walls with special textures. Gives a three-dimensional feel. The hidden door in the corridor serves as a transition into a private space.

The cloud-like brilliance and the simple stone achieve a natural balance. The main wall of the living room is spliced ​​with marble with unequal divisions of black, gray and white textures. The rich changes in levels create a calm but not silent atmosphere.

The private space is mainly based on natural and comfortable feelings, with warm and lingering tones, embellished with light sources, and hidden with warm and shimmering light.
