Lai Huiru’s father passed away when she was 3 years old, and her mother remarried. Her father’s family threw her sister and brother into an orphanage. Later, her grandmother took them home, but the younger brother was later taken to the orphanage. Adopted to others, she began to participate in singing competitions at the age of 11. She appeared on the show " Tomorrow Star " at the age of 14. She got married and had a daughter at the age of 20 and divorced at the age of 24. She spent her childhood in competitions and was still young. At that time, I experienced what it was like to be a mother, a wife, and then to be single again. Although I was only 25 years old, my life had already tasted the ups and downs.
The life of being dependent on others made Lai Huiru very sensible and precocious since she was a child. She never contradicted her grandma and uncle. When she was wronged, she would only dare to hide and cry alone. "When I was a child, I felt that I could not become their scapegoat and cause them a burden. , so I told myself not to worry them, and I always smiled in front of them." She started singing at the age of 9, and started participating in local competitions at the age of 11. She won the championship every time. At a young age, she was named a prize hunter and had trophies at home. The piles were as high as a mountain, and she was even asked not to sign up anymore. She admitted that she originally had a phobia of crowds, and her courage was trained by her grandma encouraging her to participate in activities.

Later, she tried to cross-border acting, and played important roles in FTV's "Sentimental City" and "Golden Years". However, Lai Huiru admitted that because she cried a lot during filming, she suffered from dryness. Eye disease , the highest record was that I cried for a week. "My eyes were so dry that they hurt, and then I couldn't shed tears. One time, my tear glands got even more out of control. I obviously wasn't crying, and I didn't feel it, but my tears kept flowing." "The doctor told her that this was the most serious condition and that she would probably go blind if she continued. She planned to undergo pulsed light therapy after the filming was completed. At this stage, she could only rely on hot compresses to relieve her condition.
In addition, she was also injured while playing games during the recording of "Variety Show Collection". She also practiced ballroom dancing, and her right ankle had capsized due to inertia. When she took an X-ray, she found that her ankle had become broken like a spider web. She joked that when she turned her ankles, she would make a "click, click, click" sound, and it was difficult to even put on her dancing shoes. She couldn't help but exclaim, "Why does everything happen to me!"
