KMTC: Korea Shipping (KMTC) shipping company informed that starting from August 14, 2017, for all exports of dangerous goods, customers must upload the dangerous goods before sailing. Cargo Declaration Form.

APL: Dangerous goods booking needs to be confirmed with the shipping company, and a dangerous goods certificate and dangerous goods application form must be provided. After packing, you need to provide DG FORM (if you need a form, please reply "DG Form"), packing certificate and packing list.

CMA: First of all, CMA CGM does not accept the product name ACTIVE CARBON (activated carbon) for dangerous goods booking. There are two important requirements in the MSDS (Chemical Safety Data Sheet). One is to provide the company name, address, phone number, and contact person of the production unit; the other is the definition of the United Nations code and dangerous goods level in the 14th Transport information in the MSDS. CMA CGM only accepts IMDG standards (International Maritime Dangerous Goods Guidelines) and does not accept US DOT and CANADA TDG, etc. Secondly, general chemicals are still booked as ordinary cargo with CMA CGM, and a non-hazardous letter of guarantee and MSDS in CMA CGM format are required. The requirements of MSDS are basically the same as those for dangerous goods.

COSCO: Dangerous goods booking needs to be confirmed with the shipping company’s sales or customer service. If not confirmed, the shipping company will not accept the booking. Dangerous goods must provide flash points, 24-hour emergency contact numbers and Chinese product names.

CSAV: stipulates that dangerous goods must be booked through csav logistics, and the order number is placed by csav logistics (for booking rates, please refer to the rate table). When booking, customers need to check the option of dangerous goods, fill in the dangerous goods grade and UN code, and put HS CODE and NAME ACCOUNT in the product name (there is no need to provide it if it is not in the contract).

EVG: Evergreen does not accept bookings for dangerous goods

HMM: requires a dangerous goods certificate and MSDS, and then sends them directly to the HMM designated email address for confirmation by email. (This booking guide is for booking reference only. KL: needs to be applied directly to the shipping company. From April 1, 2012, applications will be transferred by email. MCC: Dangerous goods booking generally requires MDGF (multimodal dangerous goods form), dangerous goods certificate, inspection report (provided upon request) and MSDS (material safety data sheet) (provided upon request).

MOL: dangerous goods booking requires a dangerous goods application form (if you need a form, please reply "DG Form 3"), dangerous goods certificate, MSDC, appraisal certificate, MOL can receive and process EDI BOOKING.

MSC: dangerous goods booking Generally, MDGF (multimodal dangerous goods form), dangerous package certificate, inspection report (provided upon request) and MSDS (material safety data sheet) (provided upon request) are required.

OOCL: Dangerous goods booking requires a dangerous goods application form (unformatted) + letter of entrustment + dangerous package certificate, email (please indicate the subject of the email: ship name, voyage number + appointment number + bill of lading number + destination port) and send it to OOCL related Customer service can also send it to the public mailbox corresponding to OOCL.

SAF: Dangerous goods booking requires a dangerous package certificate, dangerous goods declaration form, MDGF (if in addition to dangerous goods, chemicals are also included, please also provide MSDS of chemicals).

WHL: Dangerous goods booking requires a dangerous goods certificate. Package certificate, dangerous goods declaration form, MSDS. If the booking notes need to indicate which salesperson of the shipping company has confirmed it, please send the "Dangerous Goods Declaration Form/Dangerous Package Certificate/MSDS" by email to the shipping company for relevant operations.

YML: Please provide the dangerous goods application form by email (please reply "DG Form 4" if you need a form) and dangerous package certificate to our company for transfer to the shipping company for corresponding operations. Note: For COSCO mother ships, the electronic message and paper information requirements for exporting dangerous goods are as follows. Please inform the customers who declare dangerous goods. In addition to the normal content in the (1) packing certificate, the "packing date, packing location, and issuance date. Emergency contact column" also needs to be filled in completely (the packing site inspector needs to hand-sign). ZIM: dangerous goods are booked through ZIM Logistics. The bill of lading number and ship name are provided by ZIM Logistics. When booking, the customer needs to provide a dangerous goods application form, a self-made box guarantee, a dangerous package certificate, and MSDS (all in ZIM fixed format) In addition, when booking, customers are required to provide a 24-hour emergency contact and phone number abroad, net weight, flash point, and whether it is contaminated by sea in the product name.
