Article 5 Candidates must participate in the general college entrance examination registration organized by the provincial admissions examination agency where the student is located (specifically, it shall be implemented according to the requirements of each provincial admissions examination agency).
Article 6: Admissions schools shall, in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and these Measures, formulate the admissions brochure for the school's sports training, martial arts and traditional ethnic sports majors, and publish them before candidates fill in their applications. Article 9 Candidate athlete technical levels are published in the "State Sports General Administration Athletes Technical Level System" shall prevail. 3. Examination
Article 12 The enrollment of majors in sports training, martial arts and traditional national sports shall be conducted through a combination of cultural examinations and special sports examinations.
Article 13 The subjects of the cultural examination are four subjects: Chinese, mathematics, politics, and English. Each subject has a full score of 150 points, and the four subjects have a full score of 600 points. Answers must be answered in the national common language.
The Ministry of Education Examination Center organizes propositions and prints test papers; provincial admissions examination agencies are responsible for receiving test papers and organizing cultural examinations for students from their provinces. The cultural examinations are organized and implemented in accordance with the relevant management regulations for general college entrance examination group examinations and epidemic prevention, and the examinations are conducted in a confidential manner The test papers will then be sent to the designated educational examination agency for unified review. Article 17 Candidates will take sports-specific examinations based on the items of the athletes' technical level certificates they have obtained. The items listed in Article 3 of these regulations are not allowed to take the exam across items.
Article 18 Doping tests will be carried out in special sports examinations. Before taking sports-specific examinations, candidates should be required to sign an "Anti-Doping Commitment Letter." Candidates who refuse to sign the commitment letter will be deemed to have voluntarily given up their qualifications to take the exam. Candidates who violate doping regulations will be deemed to have cheated on the exam and their qualifications for exams or admission will be cancelled. The provincial admissions and examination institutions where the students are from will be notified and will be dealt with seriously in accordance with relevant regulations.
4. Admission
Article 19 Cultural achievement admission control line: On the basis of no less than 180 points, each admissions institution shall comprehensively determine the cultural achievement admission control line of the school based on the actual situation of the school.
Sports special score admission control line: On the basis of no less than 40 points, each recruiting institution will comprehensively determine the school's professional score admission control line based on the actual situation of the school.
Article 20: Admissions institutions can admit candidates who hold the first-level athlete level certificate at a 30-point reduction under the institution's minimum cultural score admission control line; candidates who hold the athlete's level certificate can be admitted in the college The minimum admission score for school culture will be reduced by 50 points for offline admission.
Article 21 On the basis of reaching the minimum admission control line for the school's cultural and sports special scores, each enrolling institution will conduct a comprehensive evaluation based on the candidate's cultural scores (after conversion to a hundred percent system) and sports special scores in a ratio of 3:7. Calculate the candidate's overall admission score. Specific formula: comprehensive score = (cultural score/6) ´30% + sports special score ´70%. When calculating the comprehensive score, two decimal places are retained and the rounding counting method is used.
Article 22: Admissions schools shall formulate enrollment plans by project based on the school’s student resources and professional needs (the projects listed in Article 3 of these Measures shall not be combined), and candidates on the admission control line will be admitted from high to low according to their comprehensive scores. Schools will give priority to first-choice students based on the tiered order. Schools that have not completed the school’s enrollment plan will then admit second-choice students.
Article 23 Admissions colleges must determine the list of candidates to be admitted before May 27, 2022, and upload it to the "Sports Single Recruitment System". 5. Information Disclosure
Article 25: Admissions institutions must promptly disclose admissions brochures, admission principles and admission results to the public. Candidates who fail to disclose the information as required will not be admitted. Relevant information will be published for at least 5 working days.
Article 26 Admissions institutions must announce channels for candidates’ consultation and appeals, accept calls, letters and visits from candidates in a timely manner, and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of candidates.
6. Others
Article 27 Relevant departments and enrollment institutions in various places must strengthen the review of candidates’ athlete technical grade certificates and intensify the crackdown on fake athletes’ technical grade certificates. Candidates who falsify their athlete technical grade certificates will have their athlete technical grade titles revoked; those who register for the college entrance examination will have their college entrance examination registration, examination and admission qualifications canceled by the provincial admissions examination agency where the student is located, and will be included in the candidate's integrity file. Other persons involved in the falsification of athlete technical grade certificates will be severely dealt with by relevant departments in accordance with laws and regulations.
Article 28 If an enrollment institution has any of the following circumstances, its qualifications to enroll students according to this method in the next year will be suspended:
(1) Transfer students admitted according to this method to other majors without authorization;

Article 29 If an enrollment institution has any of the following circumstances, the school's qualification to enroll students in accordance with these measures will be cancelled:

Article 32 If enrollment institutions and their staff engage in favoritism, fraud and other violations of regulations and disciplines during the enrollment process, once verified, they will be dealt with seriously in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education's "Interim Measures for Handling Violations in the Enrollment of General Institutions of Higher Education" and will be dealt with accordingly.
