I was fortunate to listen to the lectures of teacher Ye Yongpeng, who ranked first in the physics group of this competition. In fact, it is a little early to call him teacher. He is a senior boy from South China Normal University, young and sunny. This exchange teaching required the teacher to use English throughout the whole process. Judging from Ye Yongpeng's class, he carefully adjusted his teaching methods. Compared with the subsequent classes given by Japanese "professional teachers", although they were a little immature and nervous, their dedication and innovative methods were no less impressive.
The class capacity in China is too large, and it is difficult for us to cater for every student like Japanese teachers. When we chatted after class, Ye Yongpeng said that there is no way. If every student takes care of the course progress, it will be affected, but I will work hard to be like the teachers here.

There is no one method that suits everyone, but it must be suitable for individuals. When preparing lessons, teachers should start from the actual teaching, and combine different teaching goals, content, objects and conditions according to the characteristics of the teaching materials, the actual conditions of the students, the conditions of the school, etc. Conditions, adjust measures to school conditions and the times, flexibly and appropriately learn from and select domestic and foreign teaching methods, highlight key points, overcome difficulties, and be good at discussion and practice.
The teaching skills innovation competition organized by the Ministry of Education and Toshiba (China) Co., Ltd. actually starts from the perspective of lesson plans, so that these "quasi" science teachers will understand and learn in advance, and will eventually face the challenges in their future teaching positions. Toshiba Cup China Normal University Science Normal University Teaching Skills Innovation Competition was founded in 2008 and is held for students from normal universities across the country. The aim is to enable science majors from normal universities who are about to enter the workplace to compete in creative teaching plans to attract more students to invest in the study of basic subjects such as mathematics, physics and chemistry. This competition attracted extensive participation from more than 12,600 students from 43 normal universities across the country. In the end, 125 contestants from 43 normal universities across the country competed in the finals at South China Normal University. In the end, 30 students were selected.
