First of all, let me write something off topic of.

About Japan. Everyone is familiar with Japan’s cleanliness, rigor and order. But when everyone goes there for the first time, no matter how mentally prepared they are, they will still be shocked. Japan has many meticulous and humane designs, so there are absurd behaviors such as "Chinese tourists rush to buy toilet seats." When

visited the Toshiba Future Science Museum with a training group from the competition, the museum’s exhibition area about Toshiba’s history displayed a puppet robot designed by Tanaka Hisashige (one of the founders of Toshiba Group). And this cute little idea is just Mr. Tanaka’s desire to solve the problem of delivering food and water to guests – this detail is worth pondering. Then I saw the first refrigerator, the first washing machine, the first television...

Japan's first washing machine and refrigerator independently developed by Toshiba

In terms of precision workmanship, I have never felt that China is weak. On the contrary, domestic technology must be more powerful than we imagined, but most of it will be used in military, communications and other fields, while in He has always been stingy when it comes to people's livelihood and improving life. And here, I can see the meaning of the three words "people-oriented". The day after

arrived in Japan was an exchange day between the training group and the High School Affiliated to Tokyo Chuo University. The winning student representatives of the competition will give a class to the students together with the school’s Japanese teachers.

Contest winners communicated with teachers and students of Tokyo Chuo University Affiliated High School.

I was fortunate to listen to the lectures of teacher Ye Yongpeng, who ranked first in the physics group of this competition. In fact, it is a little early to call him teacher. He is a senior boy from South China Normal University, young and sunny. This exchange teaching required the teacher to use English throughout the whole process. Ye Yongpeng went from being excited at the beginning of class to adjusting the classroom atmosphere and quickly got into the mood.

The first place in the physics group of the competition, Ye Yongpeng, comes from South China Normal University

Compared with domestic classrooms, the number of people in Japanese classrooms is not large, so the teacher pays more attention to the interaction with each student. Judging from Ye Yongpeng's class, he carefully adjusted his teaching methods. From the preparation of lesson plans, design and demonstration of cases, he used a more vivid way to "resonate" this course for students to understand. Compared with the subsequent classes given by Japanese "professional teachers", although they were a little immature and nervous, their dedication and innovative methods were no less impressive.

The class capacity in China is too large, and it is difficult for us to cater for every student like Japanese teachers. When we chatted after class, Ye Yongpeng said that there is no way. If every student takes care of the course progress, it will be affected, but I will work hard to be like the teachers here.

was asked about his feelings about this competition and his trip to Japan. He said confidently: We have really prepared a lot and studied every detail carefully. This preparation process will be of great help in improving your knowledge base and skills. Our biggest gain from this trip to Japan is that what we have to do is to teach students how to use knowledge to better improve their lives and change the world.

Students study the Japanese teacher's teaching method very seriously.

People often say: There is a method for learning, but there is no fixed method. The most important thing is to get the method.

This sentence reflects to some extent the qualities that an excellent teacher should possess.Teaching methods are suitable for each person. There is no one method that suits everyone, but it must be suitable for individuals. When preparing lessons, teachers should start from the actual teaching, and combine different teaching goals, content, objects and conditions according to the characteristics of the teaching materials, the actual conditions of the students, the conditions of the school, etc. Conditions, adjust measures to school conditions and the times, flexibly and appropriately learn from and select domestic and foreign teaching methods, highlight key points, overcome difficulties, and be good at discussion and practice.

The teaching skills innovation competition organized by the Ministry of Education and Toshiba (China) Co., Ltd. actually starts from the perspective of lesson plans, so that these "quasi" science teachers will understand and learn in advance, and will eventually face the challenges in their future teaching positions. That's right, they are all living beings. They have their own ideas, their yearning for the future, and their thirst for knowledge. Then we must learn to constantly adjust our teaching methods according to the content we teach, the goals we want to achieve, and the students’ learning foundation, continue to explore and innovate, and build our own “Great Wall” with “stones from other mountains”.

Just as the students of this training group in Japan said: I will eventually become a teacher, and I will treat my students and my career with the same positivity and respect as the teachers here.
