In order to maintain the smooth operation of natural gas power generation and ensure electric power The supply is safe and stable, according to National Development and Reform Commission "Letter on Implementing Phased On-grid Price Support Policies for Peak Power Generation of Natural Gas Generators This Winter and Next Spring" and "Notice of the Provincial Price Bureau on Improving the Management of On-grid Power Prices for Natural Gas Power Generation" (Su Price In accordance with the spirit of Work [2018] No. 162), matters related to the on-grid electricity price of natural gas power generation in 2021 are now clarified as follows:

1. Temporarily increase the electricity price of natural gas power generation from January to March, July to August and November. Peak-shaving units will be raised by 0.063 yuan/ kWh , and 400,000-level, 200,000-level, and 100,000-level cogeneration units will be raised by 0.063 yuan/kWh, 0.068 yuan/kWh, and 0.066 yuan/kWh respectively. Building-type distribution Type units increased by 0.066 yuan/kWh.

2. Temporarily increase the price of natural gas power generation in December. Peak-shaving units are increased by 0.123 yuan/kWh, 400,000-level, 200,000-level, and 100,000-level cogeneration units are increased by 0.123 yuan/kWh, 0.132 yuan/kWh, and 0.129 yuan/kWh respectively. 3. According to the natural gas resources for winter emergency peak power generation required by the provincial government, from December 2021 to March 15, 2022, upstream companies will increase the supply of natural gas to peak-shaving power plants in our province. After the operation and dispatching department finalizes the gas volume, the corresponding The electricity price increase standard for on-grid electricity is implemented according to the gas and electricity price linkage mechanism in our province.
