The area of 115㎡ is an old house with three generations living together. The bold design and simple colors depict a comfortable and clear living environment.

The biggest disadvantage of the long-striped apartment structure is that there are no windows in public areas, and the lighting needs to be turned on during the day. In addition, there is only one bathroom, and the usage restrictions are very limited during peak hours in the morning and evening.

Based on the wall structure and actual needs, the space layout is adjusted:
1. First, solve the lighting problem, adjust the entry position of the secondary bedroom, and at the connection of the secondary bedroom, the children's room and the public area, add glass partitions to introduce natural light to improve the dark hall layout;
2. The original apartment had only one bathroom, and after the renovation, it became two bathrooms. The guest bathroom added a dry and wet separation design, and the master bedroom only retains the toilet and basin design;
3. The balcony is divided into two, the main bedroom balcony retains the drying function, and the children's room balcony chooses an inner cover to expand the use area;
4. Finally, it is storage. Each space is built along the wall to improve the storage capacity at home as much as possible.

Kitchen is incorporated into the living balcony, expanding the depth and use area of the kitchen. The U-shaped cabinet design rationalizes the cooking circuit and expands the operating table space, making daily cooking more comfortable and convenient.
Living and Dining
According to the needs and living habits of the homeowner, it abandons the traditional living room design, abandons the three combinations of sofa + coffee table + TV, and transforms them into a parent-child activity space, creating an intellectual and capable public area in the form of desks and chairs.
projection equipment replaces the TV and has higher flexibility. Expand when needed, hide when not needed, and do not affect daily study and office work. The main light design improves the visual layer height without any repression.
Island table extends out of the bar table, which can be used for daily dining and office work. The suspended design increases the sense of transparency of the space. The cabinet on one side of the island platform is still designed without door handles, clean and neat.

In order not to affect the switch of the wardrobe door, the heavy bedside table design was cancelled and the Z chair was selected, which had strong visual effects and geometric graphics, without losing the classic and fashionable.
master bedroom

wardrobe erects between the sleeping area and the main bathroom to avoid the bathroom facing the head of the bed. The wardrobe is still pure white and has no door handle design, clean and neat. One of the cabinets is designed as an open style to facilitate the preparation of clothes to wear the next day.
main bathroom
Given the limited space, the main bathroom only retains the toilet and basin functions to meet the needs of washing and toilet during peak hours in the morning and evening.The L-shaped layout extends enough countertop space and can be used as a dressing area. Linear light + local lighting design, convenient for daily use.
Children's Room
Children's Room expands the activity space as much as possible, the balcony is directly merged with the children's room, and a two-story storage rack is made to facilitate children to place dolls and other objects. The lazy sofa with Zongzi shape has rich color elements, which does not appear abrupt and increases the vitality of the space.
Up and down bed structure also saves a lot of space. The upper floor meets sleep needs, while the lower floor can be a play space or a storage space for large toys. The comprehensive connection with the living room is added, glass partitions are introduced to introduce light in the children's room and improve lighting in the hall area.
guest bathroom
guest bathroom adopts a separate design, which is conducive to daily use. The bathroom + mirror cabinet design improves storage capacity and ensures the countertop is clean. Undercounter basin + wall faucet design, beautiful and tidy. The washer and dryer are placed on one side without any effect.
