Before determining the design, they already had some plans and ideas for their new home: the shoe cabinet needs to reserve space for hollow and slippers; they like curved shapes; they need to have a display area for certificate trophy; they hope that the overall color will be adopted, and the space will be warm and clear and practical. The design work and construction process after
are in progress in an orderly manner. On the occasion of the 2022 New Year, they successfully moved into their warm new home.
original apartment was 96㎡ three bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms . The overall structure is square, but there are also many flaws -
Problem sorting out:
1, Both secondary bedrooms are very small and have poor comfort;
2, use of kitchen living balcony The space is small, and functional partitions need to be planned reasonably;
3, classic vertical hall apartment types need to consider accommodating more functional and spiritual needs of the homeowner;

To satisfy the new life of the couple in the future, the implementation of LDKS is the focus of this design:
transformation points:
1, Open the kitchen, leisure balcony, second bedroom non-load-bearing wall , forming LDKS's multi-function interactive mode;
2 and expand the living balcony, use glass doors to realize an independent living area, and ensure the lighting and ventilation of the kitchen, so that the originally useless space meets the daily washing, drying and drying needs;
3 and move the master bedroom wall to add more storage space while maintaining the original functional area, while expanding the size of the master bathroom.
