1. Location confirmation

Before the construction of central air conditioner, you need to determine the installation location. It mainly determines the installation location of indoor units, outdoor units, refrigerant pipeline installation direction, condensate pipe installation direction and power cable installation direction. It also needs to determine the load power of the power cable and determine the air outlet of the air conditioner and the return air outlet (including the air outlet method) in combination with the decoration style.

2. Construction preparation

Central air conditioner installation requires a lot of tools, mainly following the principle of "eight tools and six auxiliary materials". Tools include: infrared level, tube expander , pipe bender, wire crimper, flared, vacuum pump , double-head pressure gauge and electronic scale. Auxiliary materials include: copper pipe, condensate pipe, insulation pipe, , manifold pipe, signal line and refrigerant. In addition, the professional construction team will also have unified dress and safety tools.

3. Indoor unit installation

Before installing the indoor unit, you need to unbox and check whether the indoor unit model is consistent with the construction drawing, and check the completeness of the indoor unit, and then check whether the installation location meets the dimension requirements in the installation requirements. During installation, the screw used to fix the indoor unit needs to use M8 or above specifications. The top of the screw must be locked with a nut, and the lower part of the screw is fixed with a double nut to prevent the screw from loosening and the indoor unit from tilting. The length of the screw exceeds the range and needs to be fixed. Usually, the angle steel is used to prevent the indoor unit from shaking when it is working. The indoor unit can be installed with a slope of 3‰ toward the drain pipe side. After the indoor unit is installed, dust-proof treatment will be done.

4. Copper pipe installation

The wall thickness of the copper pipe must meet the requirements: ① Both ends of the pipe that penetrates the wall or beam, a bracket must be installed within 300mm from the opening; ② Cut the material according to the actual connection length of the pipe, reduce welding points, and burr the pipe mouth faces down after cutting the pipe; ③ The copper pipe port must be sealed to prevent debris from entering the pipe; ④ The installation of manifold must be done by installing a manifold must be done; ④ It must be installed vertically or horizontally to ensure that the spacing between the straight pipe sections is ≥0.5m, and deburring after cutting the pipe; ⑤ Nitrogen filling welding, first inject 0.1MPa of nitrogen into the pipe to drive away the air for 30 seconds, and then adjust the nitrogen pressure to 0.02-0.03MPa; ⑥ Welding closest to nitrogen filling, nitrogen cannot be interrupted during the welding process. After welding, continue to fill nitrogen until the copper tube is cooled naturally to reduce the accumulation of residue inside the copper tube.

5. Water pipe installation

condensate pipe horizontal pipe should be sloped towards the drain outlet, and the horizontal main pipe should ensure a slope of more than 3‰. A ventilation hole is set up every 6m of the horizontal drainage pipe, and a dust-proof bend is made or an exhaust cap is added to avoid impurities entering and prevent the pipe from holding air, which can also prevent air blockage from occurring. Use a hose to connect the drain pipe in the indoor unit to avoid resonance and , and use clamps to clamp at both ends of the hose. The slope of the indoor unit take-over should be guaranteed to be more than 1%, and attention should be paid to prevent hedging. Use an indoor unit with condensate lift pump, and install the drain pipe horizontally, but the condensate pipe near the indoor unit should be made into a shape of a few shapes to prevent the condensate backflow.

6. Installation of outdoor unit

Outdoor unit installation should consider the maintenance space and heat dissipation space. Keep 2m spacing between tiles on the front of the fan, keep movable space above 10cm on the side, keep 30cm on the side, and keep the heat dissipation fins above 10cm on the back. When installing the shock absorber pad , rubber shock absorber pad with a thickness of no less than 10mm should be installed between the unit and the base. If the outdoor unit is installed in the blinds, the distance between the blinds should be greater than 10cm, and the ventilation rate of the blinds should be ≥80%. If the blinds are too dense, some of the blinds need to be removed.

7, vacuum plus fluorine

When vacuuming the central air conditioning system, do not open the outdoor unit shutdown valve. If the vacuum pump runs for more than 2 hours and does not reach -0.01MPa, it means there is moisture or leakage in the pipeline. You should continue to evacuate for 1 hour. If the requirements are still not met, leakage check and repair welding should be carried out until the system vacuum reaches -0.01MPa, it is qualified. Then calculate the additional amount of refrigerant according to the requirements of the instructions on the outdoor unit. The non-siphon refrigerant tank needs to be placed in an upside down on the electronic scale. If the refrigerant cannot be filled all of the refrigerant without turning on the machine, continue to add the remaining refrigerant that needs to be filled after turning on to ensure the effect of the central air conditioner.

8, system debugging

0 After adding refrigerant, perform system debugging. Some central air conditioning brands need to be powered on and preheated for several hours, while some central air conditioning brands need to enter an unlock code. After the central air conditioning is operating normally, use the air meter to detect the wind speed and noise value of the air outlet.

9. Hand over and accept
