Reorganize the old pipelines and circuits of the old house, and update the bathroom equipment. Prefer simple Nordic style Texture, like soft colors, designated waterproof and stain-resistant stone plastic floor .
01, entrance hall
, you can see the living room immediately after opening the door, which is a house type without entrance. In view of the small area of the living room, elegant and patterned hexagonal bricks are used at the entrance to separate the space. A row of storage cabinets were built against the wall as shoe cabinets, and dressing mirrors were placed on them. The whole flow of going out is very smooth.
The bottom of the shoe changing stool is designed to be empty, which can not only put the shoes that you usually wear, but also leave a place for the sweeping robot.
02 and the guest restaurant
changed the original flat windows to bay windows to expand the area of sunlight and eliminate the oppression of the ceiling beams.
The guest and dining room are located in the same space, which is a common method for small apartments to expand their usable area.
Based on the owner’s requirement to store books, one wall was made into a bookcase. The bookcase door has an open + closed setting, which is just right.
03, kitchen
The kitchen floor is paved with gray and white marble hexagonal tiles, making the room fresh. Change the original straight-shaped cabinets into L-shaped cabinets to expand the kitchen area.
04, master bedroom
Taking into account the depth of the master bedroom, a small study room was specially separated. The half wall + glass design allows for lighting and a certain degree of privacy.
The interior wall of the open study room continues the tea gray wall in the house, and the built-in open bookshelf can be used to place books at will.
05, cloakroom
cloakroom uses black glass frame doors to divide the space, making the view more transparent.
The small wooden table in the middle is used by the heroine to iron clothes. There are drawers underneath the table for storage.
There are multi-functional wardrobes with a simple white tone on both sides. The cloakroom is next to the balcony.
06, the owner of the second bedroom
has just gotten married, so the second bedroom will be for the baby in the future. The light brown tone is continued as the key main wall, and is paired with light blue plaid software to create a quiet atmosphere. The owner renovated the old wardrobe and painted it white, and the built-in tulle curtains were given a new look, symbolizing the family's beautiful inheritance.
07, bathroom
Change the original bathtub into a shower area, and the wall-mounted bathroom cabinet is more convenient for cleaning. Dry and wet are separated, making the small bathroom very comfortable to use.
