The first step is to deepen the awareness of the cause of color difference for the on-site technicians.

6. The product is stored in the sun, yellow, or white.

Design reasons for the color difference of injection molded products

1. There is too much color difference in the thickness of the product.

Material reasons for the formation of color difference in injection molded products

2. Toner and masterbatch are abnormal and produce color difference.

3, the nozzle material ratio is abnormal, and the color difference.

4, the nozzle material is too mixed and the color is poor.

5. When mixing the material, the color difference is caused by not strictly following the operation instructions.

6. The material has been drying for too long and it has been roasted yellow.



The second step, curing parameters, especially after the first part of the mold is turned on, no parameters are allowed to be baked on the span16.料温度。 Material temperature. Whoever violates the rules and adjusts the conditions randomly will receive 200 points for each assessment.


The third step is to gradually change the toner and masterbatch raw materials to the same supplier for dyeing and pelletizing.The SAN raw material is cured into a blue-bottomed SAN material from the same supplier. Because dyeing and pelletizing will reduce the black spots and poor color difference caused by the non-diffusion of toner and color masterbatch; the performance of blue-bottomed SAN material is more flexible, and the product is not easy to be broken during injection molding.



The fourth step, the SAN material shutdown will produce black spots and must be passed. PP can’t be used after the machine, because the PP machine is used for the production of SAN transparent material, it will be mixed with white when it is restarted for production, which is not easy to remove, resulting in material loss.

The machine must be cleaned with ABS material when it is stopped, and the machine must be air-injected. After the plastic in the original barrel is completely discharged, the melt stroke should be lengthened by 50MM, the back pressure is 5bar, and the medium-pressure high-speed air-to-air injection is no less than 10 times. When the machine is stopped, the screw needs to be retracted 60MM.

Those who do not pass the machine as required are assessed for 200 points each time.


The fifth step is to strictly control the pollution of the nozzle material ; SAN must strictly implement the action of adding the dust collector according to the proportion of 8% each time after the material nozzle is broken. Violators will be assessed for 200 points/time.



The sixth step,When the SAN material injection molding production loss of the humidifier water tank is reduced from the original 30%, the relevant personnel shall be rewarded accordingly.

1. When it is reduced to 10%, the material room staff and technicians will receive 1,000 points per month, and the foremen and supervisors will award 2,000 points per month.

2. When it is reduced to 6%, the material room staff, technicians will receive 1500 points per month, and the foremen and supervisors will receive 3000 points per month.

3, when it is reduced to 2%, the material room staff, technicians will receive 2000 points per month, and the foremen and supervisors will receive 5000 points per month.
