For the owner, the transformation is for a better life, but for us, watching the house get rid of the old atmosphere a little bit and turn it into a warm and bright small home is a piece of happiness and great achievement Sensation.
The project we took over this time is an old house of 91 square meters in Hefei-Shuhong Nanyuan. The renderings are out now. After reading it, I really can’t wait to let the master start work tomorrow.

In view of the above situation and the needs of the owner, this is the general layout after our design. It can be said that the bright spots are full:
1, Remove the three walls of the kitchen to create a semi-open kitchen, and at the same time widen the corridor, leaving ample space for the dining room
2. Use a half wall behind the sofa as a partition.After improving the lighting, it looks like a big house, and the interactivity has become stronger. The arched doorway and warm color scheme are like a cup of caramel coffee in autumn. It is warm and elegant
. The kitchen is completely demolished, and the small family immediately abandoned it!
Semi-open kitchen, no gas, and electric integrated stove to meet the daily cooking needs. This is not suitable for all families. Everyone needs different needs as a reference.
The new masonry wall is flush with the kitchen. This space layout is obviously more reasonable, and the comfort is doubled. The sink is embedded in the back, and the sideboard + green plants are placed on the front. It is a good solution to the embarrassment of opening the door facing the bathroom.
The living room is not designed to be practical, and the storage type TV wall is prepared for carpentry on-site. There is no handle on the top of the cabinet, and the space is as clean and neat as possible.
There is no study room, and there is a partial open cabinet on the side as a reading corner. The blue paint is prepared to match some terrazzo items, which is good-looking and practical.
The master bedroom belongs to "the hard outfit has a good foundation, and the soft outfit is great". You can only make a fuss on the top surface. The corners of the big flat top are slightly curved.Even if the decoration of the whole house is simple and simple, the texture is not lost.
