Owner's needs:
Borrowing the name of the child, the husband and wife bought this school district house. Although I grow up with my busy work, I don't want to be vague about life. I hope that I can feel a comfortable and quiet living atmosphere in the space and start a good time for a family of three.
Reconstruction design:
❶ The original living balcony was incorporated into the guest and dining room for common use, and the floor was treated to give the space a sense of integration and separation.
❷ Remove part of the kitchen wall and combine it with the dining room to increase kitchen operations The area has increased the sense of space at the same time
❸ In the original structure, the entrance door directly faces the master bedroom, and the area of the second bedroom is unreasonably planned. The original corridor is shifted to the right as a whole to improve the door-to-door drawbacks and redistribute them reasonably Area of the second bedroom
❹ The balcony is incorporated into the master bedroom, allowing the space to form a large suite with work and relaxation areas, sleeping areas, cloakrooms, and toilets
At the moment when time is bound to move forward, the home is "spiritual" for the occupants The comfort of the above is more and more important. We hope to meet their needs as much as possible in the limited space. Therefore, we have made the greatest improvement and optimization on the home movement and psychological feelings, and finally presented independence and integration, quietness And it is a modern space with fun.
First, the functional areas of the space were disassembled, reorganized, and then merged. Using the idea of changing the overall line of activity in the private space, the area of the two secondary bedrooms was redistributed, and the dry area of the bathroom was separated to make the line of activity more convenient.
Then in a modern space with simple lines, warm white tones are combined with natural wood colors on a large area. Embellishment of quiet black, interesting orange, etc., to achieve a warm and stylish home atmosphere in the theme concept.

The tension exuded by the special-shaped wooden window frames of the restaurant makes the original thick sofa volume flexible and vivid, giving the space an elegant and artistic temperament and a warm atmosphere from the family package.
Standard sofa has an unassuming crown shape. Although the size is large enough, it is completely unburdened when placed in a 4200mm wide living room space. The homeowner only needs to immerse himself in a completely comfortable daily life.

The kitchen area was originally small, part of the wall was removed and combined with the restaurant space, which increased the kitchen operation area and expanded the sense of space. Improve the design of the master bedroom with the entrance door in the original structure, shift the original corridor to the right by 1080mm, and redistribute the area of the two secondary bedrooms to achieve two goals.
The wall uses linear light bars to form a variety of virtual, real and penetrating relationships before and after the space.Make the route from public areas to private spaces traceable.
The fog can be thick and flexible, and under its leadership, it brings out the flow of emotions to the space. The wall lamp and invisible light strip enhance the three-dimensional sense of layering when the lights are turned on, creating a warm and comfortable sleeping atmosphere, allowing the homeowner to find spiritual peace from the inside, thereby comprehensively improving the quality of life.
The balcony of the master bedroom is included, adding a quiet place for work and relaxation to the space. The gentle lighting blends the living atmosphere intertwined here, so that the homeowner can truly feel that it is home.
