Troubleshooting for Jiuyang Iron Kettle Rice Cooker e5. Attached code table

Joyoung Iron Kettle series rice cookers have E5 fault code after using for a period of time, which means that the temperature sensing head of the upper cover is damaged or the connecting line is open. In fact, most of them are caused by the breakage of the temperature sensing head line at the connection between the top cover and the pot body. Share the repair process below.

1. Operation method

1. First, use a screwdriver to unscrew the screw on the back of the rice cooker , take out the cover at the rear, and you can see the connection between the internal spring and the temperature sensing head.

.................................................

2, then place the Remove the sealing ring, and use the screwdriver to twist off the inner screw.

.................................

3, then use a flat-blade screwdriver to gently Pry up the surrounding area and slowly open the cover to expose the internal mechanical parts and temperature sensing elements.

......................................

4, you can see it later Where the sensor connection line is broken, use scissors to cut out the copper wires at both ends, connect them together, and then glue them with black tape.

5. Finally, reinstall the rice cooker and plug it in to test the machine. You can see that the fault code of E5 no longer appears.

Second, the fault code of Joyoung rice cooker:

1, E0 refers to the internal circuit failure;

2, E1 refers to the electromagnetic rice cooker detected no cookware, cookware material or size is not suitable;

3, E2 refers to the IGBT temperature The sensor is overheated or the IGBT is short or open;

4, E3 means the grid voltage is too high;

5, E4 means the grid voltage is too low;

6, E5 means the top temperature sensor has an open circuit fault;

7, E6 means the top temperature sensor has a short circuit;

8 , E7 refers to the bottom sensor temperature is too high or short, open circuit failure;
