Concrete reinforcement methods generally include two major categories: direct reinforcement and indirect reinforcement.
direct reinforcement method is divided into: enlarged cross-section reinforcement method, replacement concrete structure reinforcement method, external adhesive steel reinforcement method, external adhesive steel plate reinforcement method, paste carbon fiber reinforcement method, wire winding reinforcement method, high-strength wire rope mesh sheet - polymer mortar external layer reinforcement method, etc.;
indirect reinforcement method is divided into: external prestress reinforcement method, additional fulcrum reinforcement method, etc. Which specific type of
is more suitable? You can directly find reinforcement company design. During the design, you can choose the appropriate reinforcement method to use the technology according to the actual conditions and usage requirements on the site.
What is wire mesh?
steel wire mesh is a mesh made of wire braiding or welding, and the sieve used daily is a steel wire mesh.
Steel wires are widely used. High-carbon steel wires can be made of manganese-based phosphated steel wire ropes, and low-carbon iron wires can be used for binding items. Steel wire mesh is generally low-carbon or medium-carbon steel wires.
Precautions for using wire rope
(I) Before use, check the inspection range: check the wear, rust, stretching, bending, deformation, fatigue, broken wire, and exposed rope core of the wire rope, and determine its safe lifting weight (including scrap).
(II) Maintenance precautions
1. The use period of wire rope
has a lot to do with the use method. Therefore, it should be used according to regulations. Drag and throw are prohibited. No overload is allowed during use, no sharp corners of the wire rope are allowed to be bent, no sharp changes in lifting speed are allowed to avoid impact load
2. When the wire rope has rust and dust, use wire brush to brush and oil
3. The wire rope is oiled every 4 months. Once, it is best to soak the rope core with hot oil (about 50℃) when applying oil, and then wipe off the excess grease. After the wire rope is coiled, it should be placed in a clean and dry place. It should not be stacked to prevent spraining.
5. The end of the wire rope is tied with steel wire or welded firmly with an alloy with a low melting point. It can also be tightened with iron hoops to prevent the rope head from loosening.
6. During use, if oil is extruded on the surface of the wire rope, it means that the wire rope has withstand a considerable force. At this time, the load should be stopped and checked. If necessary, replace the new wire rope.
7. The bearing capacity of the traction wire rope should be 5-8 times the total traction force.
