This case is a second-hand house reinstallation, with pig liver red floors, yellowed walls and unreasonable layout, making this three-bedroom large flat floor that is not as comfortable as imagined. The owner is a young couple and a 2-year-old son. They hope that this home is simple, warm, spacious and comfortable, and protects the children from growing up happily.
The owner has a lot of books. He hopes to sit on the comfortable sofa and flip a few pages, taste tea or have a drink. Then the baby can play at home without restraint.
The defects of the house structure are mainly manifested in: the small kitchen area and insufficient storage. We have used the smallest-scale wall dismantling and modification to realize the configuration of Chinese and Western kitchens, making up for the shortcomings of the kitchen countertop; the integrated design of the dining island saves the restaurant from the cramped corners, and the dining environment becomes loose and comfortable.
The baby needs the care of the aunt, and grandparents occasionally come to visit their grandchildren and need to consider staying overnight. We took out one of the three bedrooms with a balcony and made it into a multi-functional room, which also meets the compound needs of guests, office and leisure, and maximizes the utilization rate of small homes.
The living room has extremely restrained colors, and the floor is covered with large surfaces, and warm colors are interspersed with soft decorations. The space does not have thick ink and heavy colors or complex lines, which is simple and refreshing. The living room has removed the glass sliding door equipped with the opener, and is incorporated into the viewing balcony, expanding the lighting surface, and the space becomes transparent and bright.
