The main types are domestic granite. In addition to conventional floor paving, stone can also meet some special functional requirements of traffic spaces, such as wall column (curved) skirting, integrated barrier-free blind walk, stair treads (treads and facades), water retaining platform, Platform door boarding and alighting warning tapes, ground evacuation, all wall dry hangings and entrance and exit floor finishes, etc.
material selection - local materials
granite rock mass accounts for about 9% of my country's land area, covering more than 800,000 square kilometers. The construction materials of each urban rail transit station are based on the principle of localization and convenience as much as possible, which not only saves transportation costs but also ensures the construction period. The selection of materials used for stone facings should comply with national product standards. Natural stones used in the same project should try to use rocks from the same layer of the same mineral source. The color and pattern of stones with the same name may be quite different, so it is advisable to refer to the large sample when selecting materials. The design unit provides various stone samples to the builder to assist them in determining the stone to be used as soon as possible. Usually in the selection of several types of stone, technical performance indicators such as surface characteristics, color and texture of the stone to be used should be mainly considered based on the stone information at hand. Although the stone supplier has given the physical performance indicators of the stone, as a natural material, the physical properties of stone vary greatly, so it must be re-confirmed in order to establish the corresponding design specifications, dimensions and other indicators.
Protection - vital
The underground space of the station is prone to moisture, corrosion, mold and other reasons. The use of natural stone in the subway station decoration project requires six-sided protection to prevent changes in temperature and humidity after paving. Pan-alkali, rust spots, water stains and other phenomena will affect the aesthetic effect.
Acceptance - Fulfilling the standard
"Building roads and bridges has immeasurable merit". The rail transit project is a century-old plan for urban construction and will benefit future generations. Material quality and usage standards should be the upper limit of the industry.
