Residence SVP
The entire house of SVP Residence is painted in white with decorative paintings on the walls. The design without main lamp is in line with the consistent style of minimalism . The brass floor lamp breaks the rustic space atmosphere, and paired with the marble side table, it exudes a light and luxurious atmosphere.
The high degree of compatibility between linen curtains and oak floors seems to be innate, unpretentious but healing. Custom brass lamp posts connect the floor to the roof, creating a seamless connection.
white light-transmitting curtains ensure sufficient lighting in the restaurant. The oval dining table is custom-made from natural stone, and the walnut dining chairs with leather cushions are simple yet full of exquisite taste.
built-in kitchen appliances remain mysterious, leaving the focus to the marble island. An extension of the marble countertop is used as a bar counter. The walnut bar chairs maintain a balance between light luxury and minimalist wood.
wooden wainscot serves as the headboard, throwing away unnecessary decorations and returning to the functional essence of furniture. The sofa in the corner of the bedroom seems to be placed randomly, but in fact it reveals the pursuit of a comfortable life.
A life that combines work and rest may be more interesting. Simple art paintings and ornaments decorate the corner of the desk with a sense of ritual.
The bathroom round mirror is embedded in the wall to enlarge the visual space. The classic combination of marble basin and brass faucet adds another touch to the exquisite life.

Residence BD
Residence The split-level design of BD adds some fun to life to this residence. The living room is located on the mezzanine, and the longitudinal texture of the black fine wood background wall visually increases the height of the floor.
Black wood paneling extends down into the dining room. The ground is paved with terrazzo floor , which is both functional and beautiful. Clear glass chandeliers give the space a light texture. The sunlight falling from the patio enters the room through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows, making it transparent and bright.
The restaurant uses white as the main tone, supplemented by black lines to enhance the sense of hierarchy. Wooden cabinets and shelves inject warmth and softness into the space. The terrazzo decoration on the walls echoes the floor, showing spatial cohesion.
Change the opening method - open the curtains and sliding doors, and you will get an open kitchen. The spacious terrace is enough to provide a place for family and friends to gather.
The private space is located on the top floor of the attic. The rising spire creates a French romance. The work surface faces the triangular window, so you can enjoy the scenery outside the window after work.
patios connect the entire house, providing ample natural light. The stairs in the corner of the restaurant lead to the first floor. The marble steps, gravel floors and brick walls echo each other, exuding natural wildness.
Marble wall tiles in different shades reflect the designer’s focus on details. The mottled tree shadows are projected on the black stone brick walls, creating a sense of coolness.
