One day in 1957, outside the welcoming hotel in Qingdao , there were crowds of people rushing around, inside and outside, and looking at it, it was dark.

The people passing by stopped and looked into the center of the crowd.

"I said, brother, what's going on? Why are everyone making noise?"

"Brother, didn't you hear it? Someone just shouted and said Chairman Mao is here!" He said it, and it was almost time for him. Just when someone pulled the onlookers and asked, the crowd suddenly made way for a small path.

"Hello Chairman Mao! Chairman Mao! Hello Chairman Mao..."

It turns out that Chairman Mao was really here. At this time, Chairman Mao was standing on the vacant path, waving to the crowds, saying hello: "Hello you guys!"

However, under such a gentle scene, not far away, there were a group of people frowning and standing there at a loss.

"What's going on! How could the masses find Chairman Mao!" At that time, Chairman Mao had been living in this welcome hotel for a month. Just now, Chairman Mao was still walking in the garden of the welcome hotel. Somehow, he was suddenly seen by a little baby and Chairman Mao inside the wall, which led to the current situation. The scene of

ultimately comes down to the negligence of the security personnel. Although the scene is very touching, the security personnel are still worried. If a little baby can discover Chairman Mao, then this welcoming hotel will definitely hide a big hidden danger.

Just after evacuating the onlookers and safely sent Chairman Mao back to the house, everyone held an emergency meeting to discuss Chairman Mao's safety. Finally, after raising hands to vote, it was decided to change Chairman Mao's residence. This also means that Chairman Mao will leave Qingdao where he has lived for more than a month.

When Chairman Mao set out to leave, Chairman Mao was very reluctant to leave, especially reluctant to leave alone. Before leaving, he specially asked someone to call the person.

"Chairman, are you looking for me?" the man asked.

"Thank you, Little Li! Thank you, thank you, I can only sleep in a rare and stable sleep for decades in this month!" Chairman Mao said.

The man who was called was very small, with a bright look and full of energy. However, for Chairman Mao's praise, he scratched his head shyly, so nervous that he couldn't even speak.

"You, you were joking. These are all what I should do, what I should..." Little Lizi replied.

I would like to say that what impressed Chairman Mao the most in this trip to Qingdao was not only the meeting was held very smoothly, but the "little li" who was responsible for security and protection.

However, this "little plum" is not only young, but also has a great achievement!

1. Living up to my ideals

"Little Li Zi" was named Li Shuiqing. He was born in 1918. Before he was born, his parents had given birth to 11 children. However, due to the poverty of his family, most of his brothers and sisters died innately. In the end, only Li Shuiqing and one sister were left in this poor family.

Speaking of his hometown Jishui, Jiangxi, Li Shuiqing always sighed a lot. In his memory, except for the old house with a bare wall, the rest were bandits who harassed the village for days and landlords who constantly exploited the villagers.

In such an environment, the young Li Shuiqing felt extremely happy every time he had a full meal. At that time, he was anxious but helpless when facing his parents who were sighing.

As Li Shuiqing grows up day by day, her appetite is also increasing. In order to make Li Shuiqing have enough food, her parents decided to let Li Shuiqing go to the landlord's house to herd cattle. Although she has no wages, it is also good to be able to give Li Shuiqing a full meal.

However, the landlord not only took away all the harvests of Li Shuiqing's parents' farming over the years, but also did not regard the people as human beings. In their opinion, it is normal for servants like Li Shuiqing to work in the village to trample their self-esteem at will if they give them a bite of food.

One day, as usual, Li Shuiqing, who was going out to herd cattle, sat on the ground and waited for the big buffalo to eat and drink.

Just as Li Shuiqing guessed that the time was almost over, he was about to go forward and lead the buffalo away. The sky, which was just sunny and beautiful, was suddenly blocked by a large area of dark clouds. Before Li Shuiqing could take a few steps, the huge raindrops smashed down, and accompanied by the heavy rain, there were also rumbling thunder.

Li Shuiqing, who realized that the weather was not right, quickly accelerated his pace and ran towards the buffalo in the field. Unexpectedly, a huge thunderclap actually shocked the buffalo and ran wildly. In the blink of an eye, the buffalo in front of him disappeared.

Watching the buffalo running farther and farther away, Li Shuiqing, standing in the heavy rain, was immediately panicked and hurriedly raised his foot to run in the direction where the buffalo disappeared. However, no matter how he shouted, he could not find the buffalo in the end.

Finally, Li Shuiqing, who was soaked all over, had to return to the landlord's house in a daze. It is conceivable how inhuman punishment Li Shuiqing would be punished in the landlord's house if he lost a buffalo. The landlord's wife seemed to have not seen it. Li Shuiqing was scratched by the thorns in the mountains. When she learned that the buffalo was missing, she directly asked someone to pick up a wooden stick and beat Li Shuiqing.

The young Li Shuiqing suffered unprecedented beatings and scolding. Even so, afterwards, he was covered in wounds and had to go home and invite his father to the landlord's house to discuss how to compensate.

A buffalo was finally exchanged for Li Shuiqing and his father, who worked for a year for free.

After this incident, Shuiqing's parents realized that this continued. Li Shuiqing probably would even lose his life to the landlord. After thinking about it, they decided to send Li Shuiqing to their grandfather.

Li Shuiqing's grandfather is a knowledgeable person. He is not only gentle, but most importantly, he is also a party member.

During the time he was making a living with his grandfather, Li Shuiqing felt the ease and happiness he had never experienced before. He learned knowledge that he had never had the opportunity to come into contact with before, and was influenced by his grandfather and knew what it was to truly consider the people.

At that time, although he was young and didn't know what his grandfather was doing, he became more and more determined in his heart and turned over for millions of poor people like him.

However, before my grandfather could grant him more knowledge, the ubiquitous Kuomintang captured my grandfather, and the grandson and the grandson never had the chance to meet again. It was from then on that Li Shuiqing knew what the Communist Party was.

Since then, the young Li Shuiqing has planted a dream in his heart, and he will join the Communist Party of China no matter what.

2. Living up to the country

Finally, at the age of 12, Li Shuiqing waited for the Red Army team. Without any hesitation, he resolutely signed up for the Red Army. Considering that he was still young, although the team agreed to his registration, he did not distribute weapons to him for the time being.

That's it, 12-year-old Li Shuiqing, wearing a bad military uniform, embarked on the road of war with the Red Army.

In September 1930, Li Shuiqing, who performed extremely well among the recruits, was appointed as the command serviceman and cellar of the 18th Column of the Red Army.

Two months later, Li Shuiqing was promoted again and was appointed as the leader of the second regiment of the Red Fifth Master, young officer and propagandist of the Political Department. Afterwards, after the Red Army failed to fight the fifth anti-encirclement and suppression, Li Shuiqing followed the Red Army team and started the Long March 2 road together, and his combat experience also accumulated step by step.

In 1937, the Anti-Japanese War broke out. At this time, Li Shuiqing was already a political instructor of the 343rd Brigade Battalion of the 115th Division of the Eighth Route Army. During this period, he participated in many battles, and the most unforgettable thing for him was the Battle of Pingxingguan.

On September 25, 1937, early in the morning, 15 Division arrived at the Pingxingguanqiaogou ambush position, and rushed here before 7 o'clock.

Sure enough, just after 7 o'clock, the sound of a car came not far away, and the Japanese army really came.

Wait until the Japanese army completely entered the encirclement, what came was the sound of a trumpet soaring into the sky. charge sounded, and the Eighth Route Army soldiers who had been ambushing for a long time swarmed towards the enemies in the ravine.

Although the Eighth Route Army soldiers were very brave, they still could not stop the advancement of the enemy's weapons. Faced with the impact of our soldiers, the Japanese army immediately launched a counterattack and rushed to the front of the soldiers and fell down. As we expected, the soldiers in front fell one after another, and then a group of soldiers picked up their weapons and rushed to the front line. Among them, the soldiers of the battalion where Li Shuiqing was also not willing to be outdone. They picked up the machine gun and attacked the enemy in the ravine. Under the strong firepower of the machine gun, the enemy in the ravine was gradually dazzled.

seized this opportunity, and Li Shuiqing led all the soldiers of the battalion to rush into the valley, swung his sword and started a hand-to-hand combat with the enemy.

Under the leadership of Li Shuiqing, the soldiers of the 3rd Battalion perfectly completed the sniper mission assigned by their superiors, and made indelible contributions to the victory of the Pingxingguan battle.

On October 1, 1949, at the military parade of the founding ceremony of the New China, accompanied by the first five-star red flag on New China, Li Shuiqing, the 99 Division, was undergoing a review from the Party and the people. Amid the solemn national anthem, Li Shuiqing took the soldiers with tears in his eyes and walked through Tiananmen Square with his head held high with his chest.

At that moment, all kinds of flashed in his mind, including sacrificed comrades, grandfather who influenced his life, and his most guilty mother...

3. Only the mother was born

As mentioned at the beginning of the article, Chairman Mao affectionately called Li Shuiqing "Little Li Zi", a large part of the reason was because Li Shuiqing was small. In addition, it is worth mentioning that this title was the name Chairman Mao specially named him, and others had never called it like this.

When talking about "Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little Little That day, Chairman Mao suddenly proposed to meet with Li Shaoqing, the leader of the 67th Army of the Jinan Military Region, at that time, was naturally among them.

When Chairman Mao entered the court and inspected the neat team, Chairman Mao's eyes suddenly lit up and joked at Li Shaoqing in the front row of the team: "Little Li Zi? Long time no see, why haven't you grown yet?"

Li Shaoqing hurriedly stepped forward and saluted with a very serious expression.

Seeing this, Chairman Mao couldn't help but smile and said, "Okay, although he is not tall, his spirit has increased a lot!"

At that time, Li Shaoqing was already a founding major general, but in Chairman Mao's opinion, he was still a full-spirited red ghost!

Since leaving home to join the army at the age of 12, Li Shuiqing has never grown much. Perhaps because she has never eaten a few days of full meals since she was a child, she followed the Red Army team around in the time when she needed the most nutrition.

When talking about Li Shuiqing leaving home at the age of 12, he would mention the scene of him returning home again in his later years. In 1993, Li Shuiqing, who was already old, decided to go back to his hometown to take a look. At that time, he had already broken off contact with his family. He thought his mother had passed away long ago, but when he returned home this time, he was told that his mother had just passed away not long ago.

Mother passed away, this news was something Li Shuiqing could never have imagined. After joining the army, Li Shuiqing finally found an opportunity to write a letter to her mother, but the letter was sent out but he did not receive a reply. This led to Li Shuiqing thinking that his family had disappeared in the war.

12 years old, despite his mother's opposition, he resolutely left his hometown. Now he has returned to his hometown again, but he will never see his mother who cared for him again. For a moment, Li Shuiqing, who was unable to accept this fact, fell ill all of a sudden.

On August 31, 2007, Li Shuiqing, who had suffered from illness for many years, passed away on the sickbed.

In the glorious years, only his mother has become his lifelong regret. Looking back on his life, he insisted on defending his country from beginning to end.
