At present, the Ditang is considered to be the direct hall with the largest power in the Bamboo Alliance Gang.

In 1990, Taiwan's economy flourished, and the Bamboo Alliance Gang successively established enterprise groups to secretly carry out bidding and binding projects; in just a few years, it made huge profits and used sufficient funds to expand its power again. The Dongkui Group established by Li Zongkui was one of the corporate groups at that time. In addition to intervening in traditional hotels, circumventions, and debt collection, we also applied for business preservation companies, construction management companies, etc., so that the power of Ditang can be expanded rapidly.
In 1997, after the hall owner Li Zongkui was transferred to Green Island for training, he announced that he had left the gang identity. Later, Ji Yinsheng succeeded as the hall master and was interrupted by Fanzai Monkey, who was rumored to be a big brother in the gang and had a Keelung horn head background.

Tianlong Hall
Tianlong Hall: It is the direct hall (a gang) of the Bamboo League, a wide-area gang organization in Taiwan. It was separated from Ditang in 1996 and is the direct hall of Ditang. Its branches have at least 18 branches, mainly in northern and southern Taiwan, with a total number of members claimed to be nearly 10,000.
In 1996, Chen Weimin, a cadre member of the Ditang, founded Tianlong Hall under the instruction of the eldest son Zhao Erwen, and opened "Quangang Industrial Co., Ltd." as a cover to undertake incinerators and tunnel projects to make profits, and even intervened in related projects of the National Army. In the same year, Chen Weimin led the crowd to cooperate with the law to surrender himself to dissolve the gang, but in fact it was just to avoid government surveillance.
In the early days of Tianlong Hall, it had 18 branches and its forces were spread across Taipei and Kaohsiung counties and cities. The main activities are to intervene in various projects, smuggling, drugs, arms, and operate piracy, gambling, etc.
Tianlong Hall is developing rapidly. Its branches invade major campuses and absorb student groups to join the gang. The gang is fierce and has made the Taiwanese government attach great importance to it and has long been strictly monitored. It has swept the various halls of Tianlong Hall many times, but it is still unshakable.
On May 27, 2001, the owner of the hall Chen Weimin posted a heroic post to announce his abdication, and handed over the sovereignty position of the hall to the cadre "Brother Gang" Zuo Fenggang at the five-star holiday hotel in Taipei. The gangs arrived at the scene to greet each other. The high-profile behavior attracted the attention of the Taiwan government. In June of the same year, the police swept through the entrance of Tianlong Hall and the entrance of many sub-chambers, and seized important information such as tokens, flags and other important information in Tianlong Hall.
In October 2004, the former head of the hall Chen Weimin sent a heroic post to invite elders from all over the world to attend the wedding banquet. At the same time, the head of the hall Zuo Fenggang also abdicated and handed over the position of the hall to "Little Zhong Kui" Deng Renxing.
In 2010, Chen Rui, the son of senior artist Chen Kairen, was suspected of signing a campus gambling for joining the Tianlongtang East Lake Club. The incident of leading the public to intimidate debt collection shocked the society, and also caused Taiwanese media to rush to report and pay attention to the social problems of teenagers joining gangs.
