0 Place name origin. According to the "Sujiatun District Chronicle Jianzhi", the village was built during the Shunzhi period of the Qing Dynasty. The surname Miao and two families moved here, and were named Miao Yu Sanjiazi. Later, it was simplified into temple Sanjiazi, and it was changed to Sanjiazi in 1958.

Sanjiazi Village, adjacent to Ying Village in Wuzhen in the east, bounded to Fangsin Village in the west, facing Yuanzhuangzi in the southeast, bordered to Heilintai in the south, and connected to Xingtaizi Village in the north. The Guanhei Line Highway passes through the village.
Village situation overview. Sanjiazi Village is located in the west of the central part of Sujiatun District, and in the south of Bayi Street, with a permanent population of 1,800, of which 1,260 are aged 60 and above, accounting for 70%; 361 are young and middle-aged workers, accounting for 20%; 179 are aged 16 and below, accounting for 10%. There are 636 migrant populations, accounting for 26% of the village's population, with a total land area of 6.86 square kilometers, including 6,100 mu of arable land (5,860 mu of paddy fields, 200 mu of greenhouses), and 3,900 mu of fish ponds. The per capita arable land is 2.6 mu, and 4,700 mu of arable land has been transferred.

On December 2, 2019, Bayi Street and Hongling Street were abolished and Bayi Hongling Street was established. Sanjiazi Village belongs to Bayi Hongling Street.
