"Final Fantasy 16" is currently officially released on June 22, 2023.
producer Naoki Yoshida announced the news at the TGA Game Awards ceremony (speaking English O(∩_∩)O), and also released a new revenge trailer, providing new details of the game.
There are more battles here, huge Eikons, and a glimpse of members including the pet dog toorgal!
"Revenge is a weapon," said a voice in the trailer, seemingly setting the plot.
Then: "I sometimes wonder, is it I'm controlling it, or is it controlling me." This is probably Clive discussing his dominance.
We have a deeper look at eikon, including Garuda, Shiva, Ifrit, and the huge battle between them.
But the best thing is to see the members. Yoshida had said before that Clive would have some unplayable members to join, but now we can see who they are – including the dog Togor, who looks like he can be caressed as well.
More battle footage shows Clive’s movements, from lightning-injected sword attacks and wind acrobatics, to blazing phoenix spins and powerful earthquakes. The last highlight of the
trailer is a thrilling battle between eikon. Oh, and there is roaming!
"Final Fantasy 16" is the next orthodox stand-alone game sequel to the series. There were previously reports that this work contains some adult elements.
