Arden

Lightning Mech

What is that yellow thing running through the tall grass? This electric LEGO robot designed by Peter Zieske comes from the turn-based combat game Into the Breach. But considering the 8-bit style of the game graphics, this version has been quite high-definition upgraded. It strode on the grass, waving a pair of whips with its arms. This robot not only looked beautiful, but when the front part was opened, there was a pilot hidden inside.

Owl Clock

LEGO builder Kevin J. Walter created this cute looking cuckoo clock that, uh...maybe an owl clock too. Kevin makes good use of the minifigure's legs as decorative details, and the repetition lends itself to the intricate wood carvings one would expect to see on such an ancient clock. The same goes for the pine cone weights at the bottom: the construction is rather simple, with the cheese surrounding the studs rather than a core at the top, but the effect is excellent and again shows off skilled woodworking.
