Recently, the Estee Lauder Logistics Center project in Xinzhuang Industrial Zone completed the hoisting and welding of the roof beams of the No. 2 elevated three-dimensional warehouse, marking that part of the structure of the project has been capped. As a major industrial project that has been started intensively in the city, after the construction started in the second half of last year, on the basis of ensuring epidemic prevention and control and safe production, we paid close attention to the construction progress. Through intensive construction operations, nearly 40% of the overall project has been completed, laying a solid foundation for the smooth delivery of the warehouse.
The Estee Lauder Logistics Center project is invested and constructed by Xinzhuang Industrial Zone Economic and Technological Development Co., Ltd. The implementation of this project aims to build a first-class modern logistics center tailored for Estee Lauder Company to solve the supply chain operations, sorting, logistics and other problems caused by its rapidly growing sales volume. The project is located east of Dudu Road and south of East No. 6 Bridge, with a land area of 100 acres and a total construction area of 127,024 square meters, including an above-ground construction area of 3,113,523 square meters and an underground construction area of 13,501 square meters. It mainly contains 5 building units, including four operation warehouses and a comprehensive building. The warehouse building height is 42 meters, and the comprehensive building building height is 24 meters (6 floors above ground, 2 floors underground), and 508 motor parking spaces are planned. , the project department made careful arrangements and scientific deployment, and all the builders worked hard to overcome the adverse effects of the COVID-19 epidemic, extreme high temperatures in summer and other factors. After 5 months of intense construction, we caught up with the original planned node target and strived for early completion.
In order for the new logistics center of Estee Lauder to be put into use as soon as possible, during the construction process, the relevant departments of the industrial zone have taken a step forward and taken the initiative. They have already connected, cooperated and deployed in advance with the new park operation and management company to optimize the overall project promotion plan to the greatest extent possible to ensure that the new warehouse is put into use as soon as possible and that economic and social benefits can be exerted as soon as possible.
