On June 15 this year, Baoan launched the 2022 land preparation and space expansion attack and the Yanluo Street Coordination Land Preparation Action. It plans to complete 388.6 hectares of land preparation within the year, including 267.4 hectares for industrial space tasks.

At present, Baoan has ushered in the historical opportunity of building a 100-kilometer "golden inner bay" around the Pearl River Estuary. 50 parks can add 3.47 million square meters of industrial space
Runheng Smart Medical Industrial Park is located in Xin'an Street . It currently has 10 companies, including regulated enterprises and national high-level enterprises. Last year, the total output value was about 940 million yuan. The area ratio of the
park is only 1.4, the land use efficiency is not high, and related supporting facilities are lacking, which affects the further development of the park and enterprises.

On December 2, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Runheng Smart Medical Industrial Park was held. On the same day, Lai Hanxuan, chairman of Shenzhen Runheng Group Co., Ltd., revealed that the park will revitalize existing land resources by increasing the floor area ratio, and use the vacant land in the factory area to build a new industrial building and a supporting dormitory. The total investment is about 560 million yuan, and it is expected to be completed and put into operation in May 2025.
"After the project is completed, there will be an additional 36,000 square meters of industrial space and 20,000 square meters of supporting dormitories, an additional annual output value of 720 million yuan, and an additional annual tax of 30 million yuan." Lai Hanxuan said.
The start of the capacity improvement project of Runheng Smart Medical Industrial Park is the epitome of Baoan's implementation of Shenzhen's strategic deployment of "revitalizing space, improving quality and efficiency, and intensive development".
Currently, Baoan has a total of 2,022 industrial parks, ranking first in the city in number. The park covers an area of 56.4671 million square meters, and the total construction area of industrial buildings is 97.3649 million square meters (the area of industrial buildings included in the park is 84.646 million square meters), ranking first in the city. The average floor area ratio of industrial parks in the district is 1.5.
It can be seen from this that the industrial space in Baoan District is huge and has great potential. Therefore, in order to gain space from stock and benefit from inefficiency, this year Baoan selected 50 industrial parks in the region as pilot projects to improve quality and efficiency. After the completion of the
project, 3.47 million square meters of new industrial space can be added, 2 million square meters of optimized industrial space can be added, and the total investment is expected to be 30.9 billion yuan. Among them, there are 10 pilot projects to improve capacity, quality and efficiency, which are expected to add 650,000 square meters of industrial space, and the total investment is expected to be about 5.305 billion yuan.
As early as February this year, Baoan also issued the "Work Plan for Improving Quality and Efficiency of Baoan District Industrial Park", proposing to build a "100 million" park layout system in the next three years.
