◐Two departments: Strengthen research on low-carbon transformation system for urban development and promote zero-carbon and zero-emission urban demonstration. On December 6, the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the "Special Plan for Science and Technology Innovation in Urbanization and Urban Development" pointed out that we should strengthen research on low-carbon transformation systems for urban development, actively carry out key technologies and equipment research on low-carbon development characterization evaluation methods and monitoring systems, urban low-carbon energy systems, optical storage direct and soft new distribution system, municipal infrastructure low-carbon emission reduction and quality improvement, urban ecological restoration and functional improvement, zero-carbon buildings, green consumption and other key technologies and equipment, and promote zero-carbon zero-emission urban demonstration.
◐The total emissions of four motor vehicles in the country in 2021 were 1557.7 tons. The "China Mobile Source Environmental Management Annual Report (2022)" released by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment on December 7 showed that in 2021, the national motor vehicle ownership reached 395 million. On a month-on-month basis, an increase of 3.131 million tons from 29.182 million tons in October, an increase of 10.7%. From January to November, a total of 262.411 million tons of coal were imported nationwide, a year-on-year decrease of 10.1%, a decrease of 0.4 percentage points from the previous 10 months.
◐Anhui: The proportion of non-fossil energy consumption will reach more than 15.5% in 2025. The "Anhui Province Carbon Peak Implementation Plan" recently issued by proposes that by 2025, the proportion of non-fossil energy consumption will reach more than 15.5%, and the energy consumption per unit of regional GDP will decrease by 14% compared with 2020, and the reduction in emissions per unit of regional GDP will achieve the national target. By 2030, the proportion of non-fossil energy consumption will reach more than 22%, and the carbon dioxide emission per unit of GDP will drop by more than 65% compared with 2005, successfully achieving the carbon peak target before 2030.
◐Guizhou: Clean up 40 scenic projects, with a total installed capacity of 3.687 million kilowatts. The "Notice on Cleaning Up the First Batch of Projects in the Construction of Wind Power Photovoltaic Power Generation in Guizhou Province on December 6" pointed out that Guizhou Provincial Energy Bureau organized the cleanup of projects that were included in the annual construction scale of wind power photovoltaic power generation in Guizhou Province and lagging projects that have been lagged after being included in the annual construction scale of wind power photovoltaic power generation in Guizhou Province. The first batch of projects in the "14th Five-Year Plan" have been completed, involving 40 projects and installed capacity of 3.687 million kilowatts. ◐The Tai'an to Taixing section of the China-Russia East Line natural gas pipeline was officially put into production. According to CCTV News , the Tai'an-Taixing section of the China-Russia East Line Natural Gas Pipeline was put into production on December 7. my country's north-to-south China-Russia East Line Natural Gas Pipeline and the west-to-east West-East Gas Pipeline System were officially connected in Taixing, Jiangsu Province. Clean energy from Siberia is fully supplied to the Yangtze River Delta region. The China-Russia East Line natural gas pipeline has a total length of 5,111 kilometers and a pipeline design output of 38 billion cubic meters per year. It is currently the long-term gas pipeline with the largest single-pipe transmission in the world.

◐ International Energy Agency: Renewable energy will surpass coal and become the world's largest source of electricity.
