Fujian United Petrochemical Company was awarded the title of the fifth batch of provincial "Green Factory" for its outstanding performance and achievements in the field of green development .
"Green Factory" is the main body of green manufacturing as the production unit of the manufacturing industry, and is the core support unit of the green manufacturing system. It has the characteristics of factory intensiveness, raw materials harmlessness, production purification, waste resource utilization, and energy low carbonization.
For a long time, Fujian United Petrochemical has always been committed to pursuing the coordinated development of health, safety and the environment, minimizing the impact of production activities on the environment, and continuously improving performance in various business areas. The company adopts advanced automation technology to realize the integration of management and control of digital factories, ensure the stability and optimal production operation of each device, and use scientific management and precise control of the production process to produce high-quality petrochemical product , providing clean energy for the development of social and economics.
Company focuses on the construction and execution of management systems, establishes an operation integrity management system OIMS, and implements and obtains third-party certifications for environmental management system , quality management system , energy management system and measurement management system. The company's energy efficiency indicators of polypropylene and aromatic hydrocarbon devices rank among the forefront of the industry and were selected by the Fujian Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology to become a provincial benchmark enterprise for energy efficiency. As energy-saving projects such as aromatic hydrocarbon low-temperature heat and low-temperature heat recovery of deoxygenated water supply systems are put into operation one after another, the energy consumption of the device has been further reduced. At the same time, the company cooperated with Guoneng (Quanzhou) Thermal Power Co., Ltd. to use the photovoltaic project (Phase I) jointly built by the company's polyolefin open-air yard to officially put into use, continuously injecting "green power" into the production of the device, achieving low carbon energy.
At the beginning of this year, the business analysis and reporting module of the Technology and Planning Department took the lead in establishing a cross-functional group for the company's green factory evaluation and application, carefully summarizing the company's efforts and achievements in developing the green economy, implementing energy conservation and emission reduction, protecting the ecological environment in recent years, and organizing the team members to assume their respective responsibilities in accordance with the time, scope, procedures and requirements of the application, provide the information and support materials required for the application on time, quality and quantity, and prepare more than 1,000 pages of green factory self-evaluation report to lay a solid foundation for the smooth development of the application work.
In the context of achieving the "dual carbon" goal, Fujian United Petrochemical will actively respond to the national call and policy deployment, continue to carry out low-carbon actions, actively explore dual carbon development paths, and contribute corporate strength to the construction of a beautiful China.
