National Ecological Civilization Construction Demonstration Zone ranks at the leading level in terms of indicators such as economic development, material reduction and circulation, pollution prevention and control, and park management. It is the leader in leading, radiating and driving the sustainable development of industrial parks at all levels and types. It is the locomotive to achieve regional energy conservation and emission reduction, practice green and low-carbon development, and is the vanguard in implementing the scientific outlook on development and accelerating the transformation of economic development mode.
Guangzhou Nansha Development Zone officially started the creation of a national ecological industry demonstration park in 2008, and was approved to carry out the construction of a national ecological industry demonstration park in 2012. At present, Guangzhou Nansha Development Zone has initially formed an ecological industry network with the integrated development of automobile manufacturing and electronic information industries as the main body and the normalization of ecological industry cooperation among enterprises.
reporter learned that Guangzhou Nansha Development Zone started from the micro level of the construction of the ecological industrial chain network and focused on the clean production and technological transformation of enterprises in the park. Through the technological transformation of enterprises in the park, enterprises are encouraged to adopt advanced clean production technology and pollution control technology to improve the overall technical level and clean production level of the park industry.
At the same time, Nansha continues to transform production and build green factories, starting from four key points: energy and carbon emission management, air pollution source management, water resource management and waste management, to create an environmentally friendly "green project" in the entire automobile manufacturing industry chain.
Automobile complete vehicle and spare parts manufacturing in the park industrial chain has won the title of excellent enterprise in provincial and municipal clean production; taking GAC Toyota Automobile Co., Ltd. as an example, it has achieved 100% recycling of wastewater for many years, zero wastewater discharge, and the emission intensity of volatile organic compounds per unit coating area has dropped to 6.05g/㎡, far lower than the national clean production emission requirements of 40g/㎡, and has won the national "Green Factory" certification.
In terms of strengthening energy management and promoting low-carbon transformation of production, Nansha focuses on energy conservation target responsibility assessment, actively promotes key industrial energy-consuming units to do a good job in the "dual control" of total energy consumption and intensity, and implement funding support for special energy conservation transformation. GAC Toyota Automobile Co., Ltd., a leading enterprise in the park, was the first to implement the ISO50001 energy management system as early as early as 2013. It is the first automobile manufacturing company in China to introduce the ISO50001 energy management system. The comprehensive energy consumption of the park unit industrial added value is 0.047 tons of standard coal per million yuan, which is one-tenth of the creation standard.
